      Transaction Date: 11/15/2022 Amount Paid: $85.00 Services Provided: Pressure Switch Replacement -- As a result of no heating call, E223, E225 and E229 error codes on heating unit. Nature of Dispute: Per the invoice attached, the work was performed and the pressure switch was not charged as the agreement (upon service) was that the part was under warranty. Once agreed upon, the part was replaced and I was charged for the service (as agreed upon). Per the invoice provided the work was fully paid for. On 12/19/2022 the business called and stated that the part was not under warranty (after agreements were met, and invoices had been paid), the amount in question is $103.55. The threat from the business was to pay the $103.55 or the company will send a technician to remove the pressure switch from the home. The request is that this bill is dropped.

       In response to the complaint filed by **** ******.  Although the part warranty was denied by the manufacturer as the part was out of warranty and **** is not the original purchaser.  Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning has credited this invoice to Zero Dollars and there will be no monies due from the complainant.  We will call and leave a message with the complainant as requested.

      Please confirm that this File has been resolved and that you do not need anything else from us at this time.
