    This company scams young college students into signing leases and changing up things in the middle of te Lease to find excuses not to give back security deposit. Also they make you pay rent for the entire month of Aug and couldn't move in till Aug 20th, and make you move out May 12th and pay for the entire month of May. Than they make you pay a move out early fee, when they put you out on the middle of the month. Also treat you horrible when calling and charge both roommates a large amount for utilities and never let you see the bill.
    I would not recommend this establishment for anyone to live in. Please do research first they get the parents to be guarantors because they know we work and value our credit.
