      this is regarding Alle, which is operated under your company.On December 26, 2024 I earned an additional 800 points, for a total of 1600 ********* the Alle app on that day, I went in to plan how to use this offer in the future. In writing, it stated in the app that I had 90 days to use the points for a full syringe of filler, so I placed a reminder in my phone calendar for 60 days, so I would be in plenty of time to redeem the offer you had provided ******** is 2/28/25 and I went into the Alle app to redeem the offer, however it was removed from the app!I was clearly provided the offer on 12/26/24 in the Alle app and it clearly stated I had 90 days to redeem it for the syringe of filler. You are not honoring it, and I am requesting that you do honor it. If you wanted to change your offers to future users of your App, that's up to you. But you need to honor the prior offers that you made for the time period you stated. i estimate the value of the ***** month syringe would be $800-$900. i have attached screenshots of a text with the technician/NP at MD Laser MD in *******, ** where i earned the points, as well as a screenshot of my Alle account showing my offer was just removed.

      I have an ALLE Aesthetics account where for every product I earn I receive points. On, 1/17/25, I exchanged 1000 points for 1 mL from JUVDERM Collection of Fillers. I then scheduled my appointment to receive my lip fillers at ****** in ***************, **. They double checked my account and advised that they saw the reward and scheduled an appointment for me. I then went to the appointment on 1/31/25. Upon finishing the service, they were shocked when searching for the reward and advised me that Alle' had taken it back. I ended up paying $800.00 for a service which I couldn't afford. I only scheduled the appointment for the Juvederm fillers because I had a reward, otherwise I would not have used it. I was so shocked and discouraged at how this could have happened. I ended up contacting a supervisor at ****. She followed up a few times to inform me that all they could do was give me a $250 reward. However I told her that this was unacceptable because I was provided the reward of an $800.00 service, which is in my Alle account, only to have it taken out without letting me know creating an extreme case of financial hardship. Unfortunately, the supervisor ****** advised that there was just nothing they could do. I think this is completely unacceptable on Alle's part and I would like it resolved. That is a horrible way of doing business!

      ********* delivers ******************************************* associated with Eagle Pharmacy. ********* (a prescription medication) is manufactured by AbbVie and distributed to numerous pharmacies around the world. AbbVie partners with ************** to distribute ********* to people enrolled in the ********* Delivers Program. A prescription is required by a licensed provider. My provider sent a refill for my ********* prescription to ********* Delivers, ************** on 2/17/25. I have been receiving my prescription and refills from this pharmacy for the past 3-4 years. This prescription has not been filled, I have not been notified they have the order, that it is in process, it has been filled, it has been shipped. I have called the company 3 times and each time I am told the prescription is under review and will be filled and shipped. As of 2/24/25 I have not received my prescription. This medication is a life saving medication and essential to my health. I called my provider to have the prescription sent to a local pharmacy which I will have to pay for out of my pocket to continue current therapy. This business has failed to fill the prescription as ordered by my doctor. They have failed to notify me of the status of the order and have not shipped the order.

      As of 1/28/2025. My profile on Alle app was at ***** points showing I had a reward for one free syringe of filler. This was confirmed when I booked an appointment for (2/12/25) at back to 30 to use the syringe of filler. I noticed today 2/11 that my reward was gone even though it said it never expired no history of it in the rewards section either. I called my providers office and they instructed me to call Alle  about it disappearing since this has been an issue. When I spoke to Alle on the phone they said I was wrong and thats impossible the reward wasnt on there but myself and the providers office confirmed it was. I was told too bad that I no longer have the syringe to use and I only have $100 off and they have been getting a lot of calls and they can do nothing about it. I was very upset. After insisting I speak to a manager the representative told me there are no managers to talk to I can only create a case. I explained I booked an appointment already for TOMORROW and a 72 hour wait for a manager isnt an option. The representative told me they changed the point system in November while I was never emailed about either. but I checked my profile to verify the reward was there on 1/28 along with the providers office which is the ONLY reason I booked the appointment. I have to pay to cancel my appointment now given its >24 hours notice. I have spent thousands of dollars to get to ***** points only to be told I cant use the reward that claimed to not expire. I created a case. I am very unhappy they couldnt tell me what happened to my reward, why I am being gas lit to believe it was never there, and told I have no options its too bad and any manager will agree. All while wasting a providers time. I want my free syringe of filler.

      I had accrued a free syringe of dermal filler thru the Alle program from spending thousands of dollars throughout the year. Without warning, just hours before my appointment on 1/22 that I had made six weeks prior, this company reneged on their policy and turned my $700 worth of filler into just $100! When I spoke to ***** from the 'leadership team' on 1/27, she refused to do anything about it. This company is guilty of unethical business practices. I either want the money that I spent refunded back to me by this company or the syringe of filler that is properly due me applied to my Alle account at once so that my doctor's office can redeem it and refund me!

      I have a complaint and I feel I have been scammed. The issue I have encountered is I have a rewards account with Alle I accumulated 2200 points and redeemed the point for 2 offers which were placed in my wallet on the app with an expiration date of 04/13/2015. One offer was 1000 points for choice of JUVDERM filler and 1200 points for 50 units of *****. Before I was able to use the offers I redeemed they revamped the rewards program and removed the redeemed items from my account and replaced it by reissuing my points which has much less value. The rewards program enticed me to spend more money than I would have without it to redeem the two offers. I feel scammed and betrayed by this company I have given a lot of business to. Once redeemed they should not be able to take the reward I earned away from me. I want the original reward I redeemed placed back in my account.

      I'm submitting a complaint regarding a recent, unfair transition in the reward program for Alle by ******************* (an AbbVie company).On December 18, 2024, during a ***** appointment, I was informed that I had accumulated ***** points, qualifying me for a FREE vial of Juvederm. Excited to utilize this reward, I scheduled an appointment on January 10, 2025 to have filler done on January 22, 2025, specifically to take advantage of this benefit. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal circumstances over the holidays, specifically my mothers melanoma diagnosis and subsequent Mohs surgery during the week of January *****, I was unable to schedule the appointment sooner. I have provided screenshots of the text message correspondence between ******************** and myself, clearly demonstrating that I scheduled the January 22 appointment on January 10, 2025well before the reward program transition.On January 22, I was shocked to learn that Allergan had reverted to its previous rewards program just one day earlier, on January 21, 2025. This change reduced my ***** points to a mere $110 in rewards, meaning I had to pay $850 for the first vial, minus the $110, totaling $740, when I had been led to believe I would only need to pay for the second vial.I scheduled my appointment well before the program change and had no prior knowledge of the transition. Despite this, I ended up paying $1,415 for two vials when I should have only had to pay for the second vial.Additionally, I expressed my discontent via Alle's Instagram and have attached this message to my complaint.Resolution Requested:I request that Alle by Allergan Aesthetics honor the original terms of the rewards program and provide me with a credit for a free vial of Juvederm (valued at $850). This would be a fair resolution, considering the timeline and lack of sufficient notification of the change.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

      AbbVie and refreshbrand continue to spam my email, even though I have unsubscribed numerous times from their email subscription. This has been going on for over a year.

      AbbVie has a program (which I have successfully used for at least 5 years) which reimburses ***** for migraine headaches out of pocket expenses. It is now apparently operating with MANY technical issues and/or fraudulently. For the past 2 injections (docs attached) on 05/14/2024 and 08/21/2024 my claims have been erroneously rejected although the documentation was properly uploaded and then snail mailed to AbbVie /BSP. AbbVie /BSP simply keeps sending me letters that the **** and/or RAF (remittance advice form) have NOT BEEN RECEIVED.Out of pocket expenses paid for those 2 program approved ***** injections by me total $510.02. I would like to be reimbursed promptly. Thank you for your time and expertise!Respectfully;****** *. Wanner

      Alle points expired on 8/23/2024 (400 points). I had an appointment rescheduled to 8/28/2024 due to mitigating factors beyond my control. I called to ask that the 400 points be applied to my procedure of 8/28/2024 and was told that it could not be done. The time span of 5 days certainly warrants consideration by ALLE and reinstatement of the 400 points is requested.
