I would like to report this company to you as being a noncompliance collection agency doing business in ******* without authority. They are attempting to collect an alleged debt from me that I have told them that I did not consent to or authorize it to be charged. I am a victim of identity theft. I have filed a complaint against them with the *** and they still continue with their predatory tactics. I have requested they send me proof of validation of this claim. They refuse to submit such proof yet continue to contact me with such harsh practice. I requested they send me proof of the matter to the fact with notarized proof of my signature on the original contract and they refuse to send me the proof because it does not exist. I have contacted the credit bureaus and asked that they delete these collections from my credit bureaus but The Bureaus continue to verify that the claim is my debt and nothing gets resolved. I really have done all that I can do to resolve this matter but nothing happens. I am asking that your company assist me with my efforts to have this matter resolved by cease and desist of the reporting of the false claim to the credit reporting bureaus and cease communication with me. Then they wont send the proof of claim yet continue violating federal law by conducting collection business in Georgia. They know that I am not responsible for the debt but they continue to attempt with their predatory extortion tactics. Please assist me with resolving this stressful ordeal.

    Complaint: 19854237

I am rejecting this response because:

It appears that the collection agency sent the letter to the person and address in ******* ** where I do not live and I am for certain that the person or persons who obtained the card was not interested in paying the debt. It certainly was NOT me. PLease have the collection agency adhere to the Validation letter I sent them and send your company the BBB proof of claim in a matter to the sworn fact of the alleged being my debt and have them notarize that they have witnessed me sign a contract for the alleged debt. They have not proven the debt is my debt. They sent a letter to a person and an address in which I do not live therefore I never would have and did not receive notice of the original debt nor the letter.

I am not responsible for this debt and will not accept their bogus letter or attempt to collect on the debt from me. I stand firm in asking the BBB to not allow this company to get away with such predatory practices. I strongly urge the BBB to Please review the attachments and act accordingly on my behalf.

    Sincerely,
