The Bureaus Reports Collection account to my credit report with false information. Per the documents they have sent to me, there is misinformation on the original delinquency date and when their account should be removed from credit reports. Per the company's response, The date of delinquency is 06/25/2016 which is false even according to statements they have sent to me. I believe The Bureaus deliberately tries to report incorrect information to credit reporting agencies. The information they provided is not enough to support their claim.I would like The Bureaus account to be removed from my credit reports since they report incorrect information. I've attached a screenshot of The Bureaus response to my complaint with all account information.

I am rejecting this response because: The Bureaus have not addressed my concern regarding reporting/calculating wrong original delinquency date, Instead submitted general response. The original delinquency date provided by The Bureaus is wrong, even according to the papers they've sent. From The Bureaus response you can see how they avoid simple question: why they report incorrect original delinquency date and why it does not match the date on papers they have sent? Once again, It seems that The Bureaus deliberately report wrong information.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

    Business Response

The last payment on the account is 05/21/2016 for $27.00. This information is confirmed in the statement attached.
Experian.com explains, The original delinquency date is the date the account first became delinquent and was not brought current, or the first late payment in a series.
The same billing statement shows the next payment was due on 6/21/2016. The delinquency date is 06/25/2016 because that is the date which the account became delinquent.
The credit information furnished by the Bureaus, *** meets the requirements set by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. ****, U.S. ****************** legislation enacted to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies. Complaint: 18354648

I am rejecting this response because: Once again The Bureaus is deliberately providing a false statement. In The Bureaus response, there is no indication of where the date "06/25/2016" came from, based on what?. The Bureaus Statement, "The delinquency date is 06/25/2016 because that is the date which the account became delinquent, " is a false statement and is not supported by any document. Based on what record The Bureaus determined that the delinquency date is 06/25/2016. There has been no such document provided showing the delinquency date as 06/25/2016. Instead, they claimed that statement shows the next payment was due on 06/21/2016 but have never given any explanation on where the date 06/25/2016 came from. This is not a mistake, I find it to be a lie and wrongdoing on The Bureaus part.

    Sincerely,

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.

As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
