    I have been having an issue with Blue Granite Water Company A guy name **** is the supervisor for that department and hasnt reached out to me in anyway. Only other supervisor passed messages to me about the issue. I have been trying to get a meter and tap for septic. Installed on my land . This company are bad about reaching back out to you and responding back to messages. I am frustrated they said they would have this installed by end of March 2025 . Not a thing has been down yet. I think I should be reimbursed some of my money back because of not doing it on the date they told me.

    Water pressure is consistently low, and they frequently fail to communicate via email, always attributing the issue to a water main break.

    I began the process of getting sewer service to my new build house the end of 2023 by sending the required Application For Water and/or ************************************ I received a response in February. Then nothing even though I called numerous times to customer service and each stated "I will send email to the *** department ". In April I was told I would have to send/resubmit the form requesting service which I ****** August **** finally did their work (my sewer line was connected to my neighbors drainage line) needed for me to have my person connect our house. Imagine my frustration when I learned work **** had done WAS NOT UP TO CODE. My sewer person had to correct BGWC work and then do my part of connecting my house to sewer.I am requesting reimbursement of $700 charged me for Tap even though Tap present on lot and $7,000 I had to pay to have BGWC work redone correctly.

    My disabled elderly mother has been left with no water for over 12 days by this company. We have reached out to them over 6 times regarding a tap installation so she can get running water in her home. We have been told every time that they will send another email to the engineers and they will contact us within 48 hours but unfortunately they never did.
