  Blue Granite Water is terrible the water has a horrible after taste and it leaves a red ring around the toilet. Also, our water bill is always over ****** dollars even when we are on vacation for 10 days. make it make sense.

  TERRIBLE COMPANY/SCAM!!!!!!!! i get random 350$ dollar bills for water, i have a 3 bed two bath 1 story home and its just me and my significant other. our bill is typically ***** bucks but the water is a HORRIBLE QUALITY and every 5ish months a random 300+ dollar bill comes to my house. i call the company only to be told 3-5 different reasons for the bill and and all from different people who dont give a c*** about the people only the money. GREEDY, COMMUNISTIC, BURICRATIC, A** HOLE OF A COMPANY. if i could change companys i would, if i could give this company a 0 star or even negative star review i would, THIS COMPANY ***** AND ONLY WANTS MONEY IT IS HORRIBLE AND I ONLY HAVE BAD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT IT ITS TRASH GARBAGE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL EVERYTHING WRONG WITH ******* RIGHT NOW S*** FOR BRAINS C*** A** COMPANY AND NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS S*** DUMPSTER FIRE OF A COMPANY. oh and did i mention that if you have a WATER LEAK or an ACCIDENTAL SHUT OFF during the weekend (wich happens all the time because they are dumb) you can report it but it wont be handled until AFTER THE WEEKEND!!!!!!! so u just have to deal with no water for a weekend while those fat ****** in that company/scam put there feet up by there pool full of the water that u pay over the moon for.

  Legalized extortion! This company along with the ***** are ripping off citizens. Laws need to be passed to protect the citizens against companies such as Blue Granite!

  I have had septic service nearly my entire life except for a stint at an apartment in **********, and a place in ******. I have never felt more ripped off until I moved into my current home and first heard then name Blue Granite. my average water bill has always been around 15 a month, and now all of a sudden I have two bills and they continually raise their prices with no actual explanation as to why. I shouldn't be surprised in a state and country where the rich predators continue to eat the poor. But when we finally eat them, we will see who suffers then. Until then, BBB maybe you get off your ***** and stop this predatory behavior.

  Bad company charge people to much and don't work with customers charged 600 for water for month was told the bill would be adjusted with plumbers note it was not I feel I've been robbed in the worst way by this company when they took the meter out it went back to normal price my mother has lived in this house 50 yes and never had a bill like that they really don't care for their customers

  Simply the worst water we've ever had in a residence. Filthy nasty water and outrageously high water bills. Zero customer service. How they are allowed to provide water to residential customers is beyond me. Always an extra fee added to the payment even though payment made directly from bank account. Not one good thing to say about this company.

  Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a water company. The rates are astronomical and you pay almost $90 a month for waste water alone. This is the second time I've asked for an itemized description of my charges and what they are for and never received it. We have had this water company for 3 months and already have been billed for over $500. This company buys out local water companies and then triples the cost of water services. Should not be legal. None of them explained to me when setting up water that we would never have a normal bill, never have an explanation for the charges and that we had to pay a flat rate of $87 a month for waste water, charged separately from your water usage. Absolutely diabolical.

  Received a Utility Bill ******* Reminder on November 5, 2022. I sent check number to them on October 22, 2022. This is not the first time I've had to contact them. They better contact ********************* and find out what they did with my check. I'm not going to pay a convenience fee or late fee. FIND MY CHECK.

  Rates are out of this world. 2 bedroom apartment, yet being charged 234$ then 197$ for waterbill. They need be question. There no reason for a water bill to be higher than the electric bill.

  The definition of a GREEDY US led company. There is NO EXCUSE for a single male living in a 1 bedroom apartment to pay any of the following:1st year-$87 2nd year-$94 3rd year-$118 3 months later $160 !!!Anyone including in this monopoly should be ashamed of themselves and know that one day they will have a judgement day. You have millions already but the greed runs so deep you make others broke and dont mind at all.
