      Absolutely satisfied with the entire install of Vinyl wood flooring in our basement. Highly recommend *************************** and her crew for advising and installing the vinyl tiles. Very hardworking and friendly crew. No compromises and quality of work was top notch. They leveled my basement with Pro patch throughout and installed the vinyl tiles including laying a moisture barrier with 5 baseboards. Basement looks like a living room now. Very competitive pricing and thanks to *************************** the sales agent who reviewed all designs and helped with the financing. Keep up the good work **** and thank you for a high quality job.

      **** delivered pathetic quality and even worse service. The carpet they installed in my basement has a stench that is still there after 7 months. I asked for the carpet to be replaced or for a significant price discount, but they have refused. They had the carpet analyzed by a lab and they concluded that the smell was "normal." Not surprisingly, the lab was paid by the carpet manufacturer. I've purchased numerous carpets in my lifetime - including two by **** - and never once has a carpet reeked like this one does. I will never buy another carpet from these crooks.

      The whole experience with **** was joke once they got our money. We've had these floors for around 2 years and nothing but issues. Had hardwood floors installed and within a couple weeks the boards started to splinter on the edges and would catch on swiffers. We immediately called them to let them know and after months and months and months of waiting, they finally replaced the whole floor. They used the same crew and I don't know if the product is c*** or the installers (probably both) but the floors did it again. Not as bad as before but after a year+ there's all these boards doing the same thing. Plus the installers the second time didn't care and just used full packages at a time and didn't mix it up, so the floor has ugly patterns that you can easily see. Also they left too much space around thresholds and didn't nail some back in. To the point we want to put a rug over it. We decided not to bother calling again to have them fix it because it was such an ordeal before that the stress wasn't worth it. I only had them do it because I didn't want to take the time off the work and thought it would be worth my time to have someone else do it....I was wrong. We also had carpet put in the same time (different crew) and that's all good. Just the hardwood floor product and their customer service *****, so highly not recommended. If I could post pics I would, I have tons of examples, but you can find it on other site reviews

      Very nice sale lady ****. Installers are very quick, they don't talk much. They leave no mess and they did a very good job on the carpet in my basement.

      In nov 2021, I replaced my 20 year old carpet in half my house (2 rooms + stairs and hallway). The salesperson was nice and installation was done quickly. Installers did a good job. I got the "medium" grade carpet and the more expensive padding. It came with a 1 year warranty on labor and product. However, after 6 months parts of my carpet looked as bad as my 20 year old carpet and felt very rough. I was led to believe that I was getting a carpet of equivalent quality but my older carpet clearly has denser carpet hairs and though worn down does not feel rough to the touch. 8 months after installation I filed a claim - a person came to inspect and found that the high traffic areas were very worn down (we don't wear shoes in the house; only 4 people live in the house and we don't have any dogs; I vacuum twice a week - the carpet was clean but very crushed). The claim was denied. Very disappointed.

      Im going to make a very long story short. **** messed up everything with our carpet and vinyl flooring. Everything from installation to fixing their mistakes. I documented everything. It was so bad ***** Fargo gave ** our money back! I wouldnt even give this business 1 star. To this day, years later, **** is still harassing me for their money. After everything they put us through, they should owe us money.

      Installers came today to do Luxury Vinyl flooring in our basement. When they removed the carpeting the installer told us that the *********** leveling, and that some extra treatment was needed. He told me he needed to call our salesperson to find out the charge for this. When i was in the showroom with our salesperson she mentioned that sometimes the *********** to be leveled. She did not mention a single word about the possibility of costs beyond the line items listed on the contract. Our installer then informed us that there would be an additional$3,000 charge for the floor prep. She also said shed reduce it to $2,500. The original contract / total cost was for $5,100. When i complained on the phone to pur salesperson she reduced the extra charge to $2,200. I am furious because this is a matter of principal. If she had mentioned that there could be additional costs related to the condition of the floor, depending on what they found, this would not be an issue. Our installer told me that 80-90% of floors need leveling. She absolutely should have pointed out that there would likely be extra charges. Her defense was that she couldnt possibly know what shape our floor was in. She has missed the point. This is really bad business practice. Corporate said they couldnt reduce the cost any further and that it was in the fine print of the contract. I told him that it should be mandatory for the salesperson to point it out , particularly when we are talking about such a large amount. Corporate clearly isnt looking to make this right with the customer.

      From Sales appointment thru installation, my experience with **** was great, The install was done on date requested and with moving furniture around, the new flooring was installed in a day and a half, as stated by sales rep. I would use **** again for any flooring/carpet needs for my home. FC *****************************

      I had carpeting installed on the second floor of my home in the bedrooms, closet, hallway and stairs on 10/06 (Contract dated 10/06). After installation I was disappointed in the quality of the carpet for the price. I proceeded to review the **** website, where it states that "At ****, you can rest easy knowing youll receive a quality product at a great price. If you find a lower advertised price on a comparable product and installation from a competitor within 30 days of placing your order, well beat the price or refund you 110% of the difference!". After reading this I contacted **** to let them know that I found a better quality product with installation costs that was nearly HALF the cost of the product and service I received. I was told that this offer does not extend to the 70%-off carpet, however, there is no indication on my contract that I received this offer. In addition, I requested the information stating the 110% price difference refund does not apply to the 70%-off carpet. I was told by a supervisor that they "would not provide this information in writing to me". I contacted the sales representative that created the contract for me and was told he could not help any further. In addition my contract does not show an itemization for price per square foot of carpet or padding, total measured square feet of area, or installation costs. I want **** to honor their advertising claims and make this right.
