      This business continues to mail me advertisements even though I've asked them not to. They are killing trees unnecessarily & ******* me off. I warned them I would report them if they continue to ******* me with their trash yet it continues. Please tell them to STOP!!!

      I received a flyer to test my hearing for hearing loss and it was free. After the exams it offered a $20 Amazon gift card. I called and scheduled my appointment and was seen 12/13. The gift card was supposed to be digital and sent after a week and I haven&#**;t received it. I went today to check on the gift card and they said I didn&#**;t have enough hearing loss to qualify for the gift card. The flyer says there was no catch but the bottom of the flyer states you had to test 40 db hearing loss. I believe this is false advertisement.

      I went into Beltone to let them know that I couldnt hear through my hearing aids because they had told me to get some nicer ones from the $2500 ones to the 9001s and I still couldnt hear so they turned it down. they said that would help the echoing and it didnt help so I came back and told him I didnt help and he was very short with me. Rude there was no secretary so he was ******* people in And turned it up as loud as it could go and said well you wanted it so you could hear so now you can hear it squeals and beeps every time Im around electronics or people talk. I cannot hear anything. I cannot even wear them and he was so short with me when I try explaining to him I needed help to hear. he rushed me off and said hed see me in January .

      Upon further investigation, this patient filed this complaint before the issue was taken care of by the practitioner.  ********** Care Practitioner spoke with both the patient and the granddaughter and got them back into the office to get everything corrected.  Our manager spoke with the *********** Practitioner about the issue on 10/31 and he called the patient on 11/1 which was the same day the BBB complaint was filed. We should be all set with that patient.

      Location: ******, **/*****, ** I purchased hearing aids from this facility and they have been giving me issues since i got them. I was sold these hearing aids without my ears being looked at, I was told they were out of sync, now they don&#**;t even turn on. I was convinced to finance the hearing aids and paid $3,492.84. I was treated very poorly by **** when I reached out for assistance and he was very disrespectful.

      We think that Ms. ******** might be confused as she was fully tested, and we have her results from her full audiogram.  With that said, we would like Ms. ******** to bring in her hearing aids to one of our clinics to be looked at as she has not been seen for over 5 months.  If she would prefer not to see Mr. *** ********, she can visit our **********, ** location which just a little bit further than the ***** location.

      Getting fraudulent mail. Some seemed to be official from the government but are all ads. I received one that states I need to confirm an appointment and that I haven&#**;t visited their location for an evaluation to see if my prescription needs to be changed. I have never been a customer of Belltone&#**;s. I have called them multiple times and they would promise to take me off their mailing list. I called them today and they said the same thing. I don&#**;t want to get their mail, it is fraudulent that you have presented this mail like it&#**;s official. Stop mailing me, please!

      I'm receiving a US Mailed letter today, that was made to look like an urgent and serious letter from the government. It says **************** with a local address. Then it says "First notice and time sensitive and Important Document enclosed". The way it is written, it looks like a government document, which I feel was their intent. How embarrassing for them to feel they need to be deceptive to get sales. I looked up the address to find it was a local Beltone Hearing Aid store. I'm so sick of companies thinking this sort of practice is acceptable, it is not. This ensured if I ever needed a hearing aid it would never be from this dishonest company.

      I attached the envelope that makes it seem like it is a government document and excludes it has anything to do with Beltone.  They do this on purpose thinking you will open it if it is a government document.  Then you open it and it is this nonsense advertisement.  They shouldn't be allowed to do this as older people worry when they get a letter saying it is from the **************** and states it is the first notice, like you have done something wrong.  I want to be removed from any further contact from this company as I feel they are dishonest and would never do business with them.  Causing an older person to get upset because you can't sell your products any other way is despicable.  They should be shut down for their dishonesty.

      I have been getting non stop promotional offers from this company for their hearing aide products for years now.I have never signed up for anything relating to this so I can only assume based on other complaints that it is because I have the same first and last name as my late grandfather. Please for the love of God, stop contacting me and leave me alone.

      After returning the hearing aid, we STILL have not gotten our money back. We were told we'd receive the refund in 45 days - it's been over 75 days! In Jan 2023, Dad just wanted a hearing test but **************** encouraged him to try their hearing aid & said if he wasn't satisfied, he could return it & get a full refund. So my dad ordered the hearing aid on 1/20/23 & charged $5,539 to his CC. The hearing aid didn't work for Dad -- Mom/I thought his hearing was worse & his ****** hearing aid worked much better. Dad wanted to return them but **************** insisted my dad give it 45 days & make some adjustments - my dad made 3 more office visits. Hearing aid still didn't work for him - Dad returned hearing aid on 3/14; also got a shock - no full refund, losing $554 due to "restocking fee" which they were not informed about!After the 45-day wait & no refund on their CC - they chased Beltone via ********************** over several wks - no answers on when they'd get their refund. So ~75 days later, Dad asked me to be his advocate - I emailed **************** & said I'd write to the BBB & other review sites - immediately got an answer. They "said" they just processed the CC ************* take up to 24 hrs to reflect on my parents' CC. Mom called the CC company the next day - no refund. I informed Beltone - now they said it'd take 2-3 business days! Mom contacted the CC company on Day 3 - no refund. This experience has caused UNDUE STRESS on my elderly parents. My parents just want their $5,539 back! Their refund is 75 days overdue!! Is it theirbusiness practice to delay refunds, hold onto people's savings as long as they can, maybe hoping the elderly forget or give up chasing in frustration. I'm writing this to warn others that a "free trial" is not free, think twice about trying their hearing aid, an unwritten 10% restocking fee you won'tget back, & you may never see your refund. Beltone, please improve your business practice to refund customers immediately.

      They have sent me advertising for hearing aids for years even though the ads are meant for my father who had the same first and last name as me. That man is now deceased, and I have sent that information to them, but I continue to get these ads in the mail.
