      I just want off the mailing list. I'm 39, have been receiving calls and mail from your company for probably fifteen years. As a joke I entered a dumb sweepstakes for a mobile assist chair when I was like 23. I won. Never claimed the prize because it was only for people over 55 and ever since I've gotten a small rain forest worth of mail from you guys. I don't wanna be rude, but please, for the love of our Father in Heaven, leave me alone!

      I have called Beltone and asked them to stop sending junk to my house. They actually sent mail with that indicated it had to do with this years taxes. I called them again and told them this was inappropriate!! She said she would remove me and asked for my address. Well, they did not remove me and I received more junk email yesterday! They just changed it to indicate the **** *********.

      Our goal at Midwest Beltone is to improve the hearing of all our patients, so they can thrive and take part in communicating with their family and friends on-a-daily basis. 

       

      We are sorry to hear that ******* **** is upset about receiving our advertising piece in the mail.  We are more than happy to remove her from our direct mail vendors data base.  Please keep in mind that the next mail piece from Beltone is already at the post office and ready to mail starting the week of March 20th and distributes for the next 6 weeks depending on area and zip code.  Her name will be purge from mailings entirely by May 8th.

      I have been having allergic reactions from hearing aids every time they are in use. I have had rawness of ears, and have been alerted that this can cause serious problems to my ear canal. I have been trying to get with the agent at Beltone to see what could be done but I have made appointments and they are out of office. Left several messages and never received call back. Now I am filing this complaint of health issues and neglect of Beltone to help solve this problem. I therefore want a complete refund of down payment, $300, and first loan payment of $92.12 made on 10/04/22.
