      *************** ** Went to get keys made. Walked in at 9:10. I was the only customer. One employee on the phone, I asked the other man if he could help me out getting keys made. He said I'll be right down. 12 min later no one. Walked up front, 1 guy still on phone, guy who said he'd be right down was watching TV. I asked what happened, he ignored me. I said this is horrible customer service to which he said- goodbye don't come back! No wonder the lot is empty on a Saturday morning. Typically a small town hardware store is the best at customer service. I often stop at the one in ************ and they are amazing!! Don't worry I won't be back!! I'm also a small business owner in the area to say I was shocked by this behavior is an understatement. The rude employee wasn't a kid either.

      I ordered2 bags of ********* Pine Mulch and I got dead deer legs in the bag. Their response to me was "Call the manufacturer not us." I'm only sorry I can't attach the photos to this review.

      Item purchased did not even arrive at the store until two days after it was scheduled for delivery. No notifications about delay. Item arrived at store broken. I am still waiting on a refund.

      it is very frustrating to receive the rewards coupons in the mail and then find that you can't actually apply them to any purchases that I can figure out. the exclusions seem to cover every type of item. I tried to search items that rewards can apply to and just went in circles. I would love and list of inclusions instead of just seemingly all-encompassing list of exclusions.

      Purchased 30 bags of ACE top soil, 40# bags from my ********* hardware. The bags seemed light so i weighed 6 bags. Every bag was between *****#, not 40#s. I called Ace and was told to talk to my local hardware about this. Not their fault, the bags are made for Ace somewhere else. Ace more or less wouldnt help me. I guess they want me to go to TSC!!
