      Yes I had spoke with the attorney Mr **** or his workers that works there for him and they ended up taking my case well a month and a half later they're going to tell me that they're disregarding my case and closing it out because I can't they don't have the policy number to the homeowners insurance and when I tell him the name of the insurance they still doesn't do anything they tell me yes they're closing it out and you got to keep in mind that I've got a ******** with scars and pictures and they chose not to help me that is sad I just thought I would reach out to the better bureau to let you know that they're rating needs to change or something because they're supposed to be for the people and it's plainly they're not it's about their pocketbook.

      I'm sorry **** ******* is upset we closed his case.  The dog owner did not have insurance coverage.  If there's no insurance, there's a slim chance of getting money damages directly from the dog owner.  Mr. ******* should consult with another lawyer about pursing a case.

      Please keep in mind that there is a statute of limitations (period of time) within which you must file a lawsuit.  If you do not file a lawsuit or settle your claim within the statute of limitations,your claim will be barred forever, regardless of its merit. 

      Other attorneys may evaluate your case differently.  I urge you to seek another legal opinion from another attorney right away to protect the right to bring a claim.

      I reached out to this law firm about an issue with SST/TALLY. They claim on their site they will help with SST/TALLY specifically. They sent me one email telling me to call them to move forward. I have emailed, called and left messages everday for 30 days with no answer of reply. This feels disrespectful and unprofessional.

      I highered them to help me with a law case with pace bus ifeel like I'm not beying keeper up to date its Aug 13 2024 I have jot heard what's going on last I heard was need this nothing eles what's going on I feel like I'm getting jerked around I feel like no one helping

      On a whim, I googled a cel number of mine. It used to be a land line for my company, but it isn't, any longer. When the results came up, the first thing on the list was from the Agruss Law Firm. It used MY phone number and MY company information in it's advertisement. The company name was ************************** It collected and serviced mortgage payments and was licensed as a mortgage lender in *******. The ad alluded to the fact that they can stop harassing collection calls from ************************** They are falsely claiming that the phone number my family had had since the 1960's is a horrible entity and that they can stop the harassing calls and eliminate the debt. Sadly, mortgages can't be bankrupted away and the debt will remain attached to the *********** until it is sold, or potentially lost to taxes.How can I make this law firm stop using my name and phone number in their fictitious advertisements?I have emailed the firm and am awaiting their reply.

      I am very concerned about the professionalism of this firm. The first attorney that I dealt with was very difficult to deal with. I ended up speaking with the principal attorney, but he is asking me to take his word on my settlement; he will not put the agreed upon amounts in the agreement. That makes me very uncomfortable and wonder if he has an agreement with the defendant that I am not aware of. (They act very strange about this particular defendant). Every time I ask questions, he shuts me down and boxes me into a corner. I feel like he is taking advantage of me. I brought them the business to them, and it was a cut and dry case, so I am confused about the greed and unprofessionalism they are displaying. None of this sounds ethical to me and I am beginning to think that I need an attorney to protect my interests. I have asked to have the payment expedited since I am moving, but he will not acknowledge that. Monday, he told me that he would get back to me soon and it wasn't until today after I inquired that I heard anything. What reason would he have for not putting the numbers on the agreement? That protects everyone.
