      Total misrepresentation on their website. They have a site that claims to be able to represent you in an arbitration with a certain online travel company. I submitted my name on their intake form and clearly stated what I needed: representation in an arbitration. What do I get? An email from someone there offering credit repair services. I replied indicating that is not what I needed and then get no response. The website indicating arbitration representation is just a "come on" for credit repair. Anyone that would do that is a *****, which most lawyers are anyway.

      I just got off the phone with this office as they advertised they could help with issues with *****, which I am. The website does not state that they only accept clients with damages in the amount of $10,000 or more (they cannot do punitive damages). Their website should be more transparent and stop wasting people's time.
