1 starAs someone who was a customer and former employee of ********************, LLC, I strongly encourage anyone to beware and seek and thoroughly research other storage facilities to accommodate their needs. My experiences were not pleasant nor shall I repeat those experiences in the future. From a customer standpoint, increased rents within months, overpricing of storage units, missrepresentation of providing excellent storage solutions to the communities served, and poor customer service are issues that leaves a foul and salty view of dealing with this company at any point and on any level. From a former employee standpoint, my issues were as follows: micromanagement of employees, thereby vexing them to a point where there is low employee retention and high turnaround. (2) Showing favoritism to certain employees in upper, middle,and lower management (3) Poor wage/salary compensation. There is a clear payment imbalace considering job expectationd and job responsibilities and duties. (4) Poor work and life balance. In closing, my experiences with this company confirms my belief this a business that operates solely on profit over people and money over morals. 1 starI had an extremely disappointing experience at this storage facility due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service. They were dismissive when I asked questions, spoke to me in a condescending tone, and seemed irritated by my presence.This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a business where trust and professionalism are essential. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire company. I wont be returning, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless serious changes are made. Very disappointingReview fromHana K

My father died December 27th 2023. I informed the manager at ***************************************************** that he was renting unit 11 and he passed away and his account needed to be closed. The plant manager shook my hand and wrote my information down and said he would call me. When I came back the next day. They had placed a lock on his unit and wouldn't let me into the unit. I called and spoke to the regional manager ***** and she first said they had to secure the unit because he had passed. When I replied to her that I was his son and he is passed and would not be able to pay she said the lock was placed for non payment. Now they are trying to place a lean on his estate for more than double the cost. I need this removed and the bill dropped because I informed them prior to this.

I'm sorry for your loss, however this faculty is behind Tyrone Square Mall and our address is **** **** *** ** and we never spoke to anyone by this name .
