      I am utterly disgusted with this businesss professionalism. I ordered a transmission OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!! Money came outta my account on the 12th, I called on the 16th and was told my part would be ready and shipped with the tracking information on the 18th, I called on the 18th bc I had still yet to receive tracking, they told me it would be ready the next day, I called again on the 19th now they say it wont be until the 20th, I then told them that is ridiculous they keep changing the days for shipping a part that has already been paid for I then requested a refund and they hung up in my face..I want a refund immediately I no longer want to do business I will get my part else where this company is complete trash and will never do business with them again and if anybody thinks about doing business with them go somewhere else and spend the extra money bc it is not worth it.

      If I could leave less then 1 star I would. I bought a transmission with a 3 year warranty and it failed in less then a year and the company will not return my calls or just repeatedly forwards my calls.

      I brought a transmission for 1800 with a 5yr warranty the transmission didn't run 2weeks I have called txt emailed begged and pleaded with **** ****** to help me get the issue resolved all I have gotten is the run around he answers and send you to his voice mail never returns any of my communications recognize my number and sends me straight to voice mail this has been ongoing for months I lost my job for lack of transportation to work I once got an answer and was told you have to call back it's Halloween I s*** you not I've cried I've lost sleep worrying about how can I take care of my family without transportation what will we do for the holidays and this man had the nerve to tell me ma'am you want lose your job like he was HR for the company my only other optio is to try and get a lawyer to help me get my money back not only did I lose on the transmission but the labor cost please don't trust them with your money and end up like me ********* *******

      Bought a engine from Vander engine and service. The motor has to is using a lot of oil and I have been trying to contact them for the last 34 weeks I get in contact but I get no help. I am very upset that there is no resolution from the company I see it. The managers name is ******* *****. I also have tried to contact him with no feedback

      Wonderful company to work with. Received a great transmission that has worked perfectly for my truck. Always replied quickly to me. Highly recommend working with this company.

      Called Vander Engines transmissions and *************** took my call, placed order for my Transmission. Got here plugged it up in my car and it worked just fine so did a good job thank you and I will keep your number if I ever need another Transmission and I will pass your name to other people. **** *********

      I was nervous purchasing an engine from a company in which you have to trust Vander with thousands up front! Well, Vander allayed my fears from the start! I was talked through the process and received my engine within 2 weeks after a minor mishap. I recommend Vander engines and will update my review after engine is installed

      I needed an engine for my **** ****** 4Runner, and I decided to shop online. This is the very first time I have purchased an engine online. I looked at other websites before coming across Vander Engines website. Their website was the most impressive and easiest to navigate in my opinion. ***** was the one I spoke with during my initial contact, and he stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He readily answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. So far, I am impressed with the engine I purchased. I will always do business with Vander Engines in the future, and I highly recommend them.
