1 starI have been using your Airport Road Cobblestone carwash location since it opened earlier this year. Recently neither the presoak device nor the Horizontal Brush device have been working. This reduces the effectiveness of each carwash I'm paying monthly for and when I have brought to the attention of employees, I get some ******** answer that attempts to make excuses with some word salad that makes no sense. I'm hoping Cobblestone corporate attention might solve this problem or I might have to cancel my monthly subscription to your service.Please act to resolve this discrepancy now..

1 starTotal scam. Over a year ago the attendant ran my card through the machine for a $15 wash. After I went through the wash he comes up and says he made a mistake and signed me up for monthly membership. Total lie, these attendants get paid commission! I said make sure you cancel that now. He said to call the corporate office to cancel. After calling several times with no response I totally forgot about it. Well after noticing Cobblestone has been charging me $51.99 a month for a year including today. This is even after I cancelled on their website. I'm going file today take Cobblestone to small claims court and contact local news about the scams they're pulling.Cobblestone Auto Spa

1 starIve been here several times, but this time I received a surprise in the form of almost an extra 500 charged on my credit card. I have the ticket for 658, but they charged my credit card ****. I called the store today and the manager ******** tried to tell me that we prepaid and doubled the whole detail service which is complete BS. He said I can make a dispute on my credit card or call the corporate office. I asked for the number and the number he gave me is for their fast pass NOT the corporate number. I filed a complaint with the ** attorney general. Buyer beware - Ill take my business to a reputable business going forward. I will make sure I tell all my friends to stir clear of this location they are grifters!!!Cobblestone Auto Spa

1 starIn order to get a "deal" you have to sign up for a monthly membership that lasts just 1 month & is a one time thing, "it is just a formality". No it's not. And the phone number on website goes into a voicemail. They should be subjected to a class action lawsuite and/or have their license suspended. 1 starI wish I had checked this site before giving them my credit card information and signed up for what I thought was one month's worth of car washes. It turned out that I had "agreed" to ongoing charges to my credit card of monthly washes. Now I am in the process of trying to get this month's charges reversed. There is no one at the company to talk to and no one to correct this. How pathetic that the only way they can make money is to trick people. My real rating is zero stars.Cobblestone Auto Spa
