      I dont usually leave bad reviews but they scammed my elderly veteran dad and have continued to try to as recently as last week. In January of 2024, he purchased 2 of their car wash passes, one for each truck. When he took his second truck in they told him he didnt have a sticker connected to the original account that was set up and said they just put one on. WHAT THEY DID WAS ADD ANOTHER PACKAGE TO HIS ACCOUNT SO HE WAS NOW PAYING FOR 3 ACCOUNTS! I reviewed his credit card towards the end of the year and saw 3 accounts being billed. I explained it to him and he went to the ********* location to clear it up and to completely cancel all but one vehicle plan. The manager canceled and refunded the fraudulent 3rd account but didnt take care of cancelling the 2nd vehicle package. My dad has been being billed for it for months. We went to the location and were told to call administration directly. They couldnt deal with it in store. My dad called daily for a week. When he received no response, I did the same. We went back in to cancel ************ and were told we could only do this online and through admin. We were unable to access what we needed or get admin to call us so that we could get a refund on the truck that should have been canceled in November if 2024. Its now June 2025. We have called ***** to dispute and put a stop on the billing. My dad went in to JUST GET A BASIC CAR WASH LAST WEEK AND HIS CREDIT CARD WAS KICKED BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO BILL HIM FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN!!! he told them he just wanted a basic car wash. They refused. They took advantage of an elderly, Veteran with absolutely no regret. Scam artists!!!!BOYCOTT AND GO TO JACKSONS!

      DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE (32nd St and **** ** in *******)! I paid $28 and tipped $5. No air freshener, never touched either edge of the dashboard and the tires were still dusty (Supreme wash includes tire cleaning and shine). When I asked if the tires could be cleaned the supervisor (2:45pm on Sat 6/28, dark hair and goatee) commented that they offered a mud removal service.He did apply more shine, but mentioned that he couldn't get them clean w/o paying for the additional mud removal service. Yes, the tires were VERY dusty to begin with due to driving on a dirt road, but that's why I paid $28 for them to be cleaned. When I commented that I could have gotten them clean w/ a sponge at home he told me that "they didn't have a sponge." Never again Cobblestone!

      I was a monthly wash pass holder until April 2025, but because it's the summer I decided to purchase $150 inwashbooks so i couldv wash both my cars for the summer. When I went to use the washbooks on the app, I was unable to access the washbooks as it would not recognize my phone number. I contacted their customer service line for 4 weeks straight and wads told the problem is in the app. They said they escalated the problem. Now the customer service group will not return my calls and the cobblestone app is no longer available. At this point I have not been able to use my $150 in washes and no one seems to car. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent actions on there part. All I want is to use my carwashes or get my money back. I cannot get either at this time. Very disappointing

      I've had multiple billing issues with this company that haven't been resolved. Whatever you do, don't give them your credit card number. The only way to cancel the service is to cancel your credit card. No one works in the corporate office, so you won't be able to actually speak with someone to resolve the issue.

      On Monday 3/10 I purchased a carwash at this location. The individual that was guiding me in was having trouble doing this. She attempted three times. The third time she told me to put into neutral and the machine moved me forward. Not far in my car veered to the left and hit a pole. She stopped the machine and ran over to me and indicated this isn't your fault and I am calling a manager. This employee disappeared never to be seen again. They called others to guide others through after that. The manager had to get me unstuck and guide me out of the car wash. I was told they needed to review the film. I filled out an incident report and was told that a General Manager (***** *****) would be calling me within 24 hours. This employee told me it appeared that the employee didn't guide me in correctly. No call. I stopped by the next day and was told he had left. The gal I spoke with called him. He told her they had ********************************************** the next day. It is now three more days and after trying to get in contact several times nothing. I have submitted texts to the number listed and also left voice mail messages. Nothing. At this point I am filing with my insurance and going to let them deal with *********** learned do not use this car wash. As others have indicated they do not respond and honestly feel a bit sketchy. I wish I could give them no stars.

      I was told the membership was $27, paid it and went through the car wash. Got home and recognized they charged me $40 and called them about it. They said that was the price that was advertised and denied a refund since I used on wash already. This place runs scams so be careful!

      Went to the car wash a couple of times before attendant asked me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership stated it would be cheaper in coming and paying each time, I agreed and got the $21 a month membership. Attendant failed to inform me that there would be a reoccurring charge to my account unless I canceled. This should be stated upfront when signing up. *****, this is very deceptive and shady business practice. I have requested that they immediately stop trying to charge my account if they are continuing to. Business needs to inform customers beforehand before signing up that there would be reoccurring charges to their card. If they would've told me this, I would've never agreed to it.

      After being a member for over a year, and over 50 washes, General ****** **** and District Manager **** decided all the sudden they could not wash my truck because of the roof top tent. The tent that has been through tunnel car washes hundreds of times. Car washes don't rip rooftop equipment off for no reason. Negligent employees who do not retract the top brush and wraps do. But **** and **** have such little faith in their staff the consumer is meant to suffer. Took my money to Take 5. They have a better detailing center and wont deny your service because you have a tent/roof box/ski/bike rack, etc.

      Been a customer for 2 years got in when they opened. Was ok till the wrap machine tore off my driverside mirror. When- because I'm not the first ****** the machines mess up/damage your car they will refuse to fix it. The side wrap brush piece tore off my driverside mirror. I filled out a incident report and it took them 2 weeks to call me back just to tell me they would not be helping me fix it. It's currently duct taped. Do not go to this car wash unless you want your car ruined and some guy to tell you you're not getting helped. Go anyplace else. Save yourself the headache they are just like all other except they will ruin your vehicle.

      Attended the new location in ***********, **. Barely made it into through the car wash and the equipment tore off the antenna cover on my car. I wouldn't recommend their car washes.
