      Celebrity Home Loans funded my loan for my first house, made my first payment and the following day was notified had a new loan servicer. The payment that was made to Celebrity was not sent over to my new servicer and was forced to cough up an additional $900 to cover the payment I just made to Celebrity. All they sent over was $14. Will not answer phone calls or emails from myself nor my current servicer. Celebrity was required to send over all information/funds from me to my new servicer within 60 days of transfer and have not. I have bank statements, receipts, confirmation numbers, etc. to support my claim. My new servicer has been after this payment since March.

      I closed a loan in Nov of 2022, and was sent an email portal link to access my ****. Whatever information they used to fill out this form was incorrect as I am unable to access it using 'last 4 of social'. I also attempted to use my husband's as it was a joint account, but have had no luck getting access to my form. What caused me to file a complaint however is the fact that it has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at this company to try and get a resolution. I have called both their 844 number as well as their 603 'office' number and left voicemails at every possible extension. I have reached out to every possible email, as well as asking my broker to reach them, and left messages on their online messaging system. it has been 3 WEEKS of attempting to reach them over and over multiple times per day EVERY DAY and still no reply to my messages, calls, or email. VERY FRUSTRATING

      First month check was mailed last month but not cashed. We are trying to figure out who is the new servicing company for Celebrity Home Loans since they are not in business anymore. Have tried to call but goes to answering machine and we have left at least 3 or 4 voicemails but no one ever calls back. We have also sent numerous emails to their servicing email address and support email address but no replies. mortgage needs to be paid and we need to know who the servicer is.... thanks.
