  Extremely misleading business model. Their price guide on their website means absolutely nothing the "locksmiths" that shows up will charge you whatever they feel like. I was charged $325 for a simple car unlock when I accidentally locked my car key inside my vehicle. Their "price guide" lists all lockout services with a min price of $48 and a max price of $230. I called them after and filed a complaint and they said that they would contact me to work out a solution. They never did so I called them again and they claimed that they had the wrong email address even though I spelled it letter by letter for them and had them repeat it back to me. This time I asked why they have the price guide on their website. The person on the line said it is just a guide. When I asked if that meant that the guide does not mean anything they refused to answer. After I "corrected" the email they could reach me, I was assured I would hear back in 2 weeks. Ofcourse I haven't heard anything and I am willing to bet that they put the email wrong again to throw people for a loop and hope you will drop it. Do not use this company!!!!!

  If I could give less than 1 star I would..called at 11pm, they text me at 12am saying they can't be here until before 8am..good thing my daughter wasn't stuck in the city alone.. definitely NOT a 24 hr service as advertised..

  The most unprofessional outfit. They charge more than is quoted on their site, and the technicians are unprofessional. Insists on price beforehand, and pay only after all work is done or you'll never see them again. I'd advise not to ever use this service if you can

  Scam!! These people tried to charge me almost $600 for a simple lockout! Tech tried to charge me for picking the lock after he failed to do so, and failed to inform me that they charge per airbag. Website says its a *** of $230 and he tacked it up to $588 for frivolous crap! Only paid the $230 which still felt theft but the guy wouldnt leave stop arguing. Attempted to get a refund and was met with a bunch of jargon and told to bug off! Never call these people, never give them money! Youre better off calling the police to unlock your car

  Locksmith guy ******************************* Payment to $yehoshuafischer, rude and stated he will program to keys. He pretended to program the 2nd key and when I sent payment he left and I tried the key because I needed a new battery. Original key fob did not work. I called and he made an excuse that the fob was no good. Its the original fob to the vehicle. I called his manager said he would return to reprogram the key. Never came. I paid $150 and they are refusing to return my payment or reprogram my key.

  If I could give them zero stars I could worst ever they didn't do nothing charged us 250 and the car key doesn't lock or unlock . Call and they were rude and disrespectful and told me they couldn't send the tech back again is such a scam and then they told me it wasn't cover under the warranty...and I told her nothing stated that in the app and she told me the app was under construction. Worst place ever never would recommend it to anyone

  They hang up and wont let you speak when you ask questions. Very short and rude and not professional at all. Save your time and your money. They cant be found on Yelp so I only found them on here. If they were on Yelp no one would go to them because they would see this warning. They should not be allowed to scam people and ****** should remove them as they come up first thing when you search. Run!

  I was locked out of my condo and it took over three hours for someone to come. And then I was charged $375 even though the website says 230. When you are desperate to get back into your home, you will pay the money. I called the number back to make a complaint and I was told the technician would call to explain. I have not received a phone call. I shouldve looked at reviews before allowing the service to come

  Locksmith Directory sent a locksmith out that did not have the key or key fob for the job. Then wanted to charge me double the price. Locksmith Programed a key and Fob I had as a spare and broke it, super glued it and gave it to telling me it worked. Locksmith left and when I go out to the car the unlock and lock button don't work. Call them right away and the tell me it is my car. Car got checked out and nothing wrong. The key fob is broken and when i call them and tell them, they say it is not covered. This place is a scam and nobody should use them ever!!!

  Locksmith Directory is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Keep searching, find another vendor. I called and they were very polite, even had "technician" call me back with range of quotes. I decided to move forward. They said "we'll meet at the car at 3pm." At 2:30pm they called to change the window to "4pm - 6pm." At 5:30pm I called them, and they said it would be about 6:30pm before they arrive. At 6:30pm I called them again and they said "we're on our way." At 7:15pm they still did not show. The technician kept given me lame excuses like traffic (which does not account for this sort of delay). I even called the main number agin and explained our issue, and they had NO RESPONSE whatsoever, it was just our tough luck. If this were the last locksmith left on earth I would still not use them. -****************
