    Adding to the chorus here. This company lies. My doctor prescribed their ****** monitor for me, on the understanding that it would be covered by my insurance. They sent me a letter saying my estimated cost would be $52.50. My insurance company sent me an *** saying they were out of my network and the cost would be almost 10 times as much. I checked with my insurance provider listings, and the company did not appear on them. I asked my insurance company to review the claim. My insurance company also told me that if iRhythm told me in writing that they were in my network that my insurance company would honor that. I called iRhythm and was told over and over again that they were in my insurance network, but they refused to give that to me in writing, even though I told them my insurance company would honor it. After speaking to many, many people, I was told that a manager would call me the next day. I never received a call from anyone from the company ever. They sent me a bill for the full out-of-network cost. This company is a FRAUD. I warned my doctors office so that hopefully they won't rely on the insurance information and unknowingly put other patients into this position.

    Continues to bill me even though they need to bill my doctor that ordered their service. They refused to work with my doctor, or contact them. They continue to threaten me with collections. They have no business calling me because I have paid the doctor.

    This business provides false information and representation. I was told I would have a zero out of pocket and zero deductible if the cardiac monitoring unit reached them prior to 10/1/2022. My insurance coverage year started 10/1/2022. This was explained to the Zio (IRHYTHM Technologies) rep prior to cardiac unit being placed on 9/16/2022. The Dr changed her original order of a 2 week monitor report to a 1 week report to accommodate this request. The cardiac unit was placed on Sept. 16, 2022 and mailed back to the company on September 22, 2022. The unit reached the company prior to 10/1/2022. I have been told by company they received 9/26).No one at the company can explain why the 2 week delay in billing for the unit (the bill date states 10/5/2022.I in turn received a bill for $175 after my Insurance paid. No one at this company returns your call, just send bills.Nor are they willing to listen to the 9-16-2022 recorded phone call where their rep provided wrong information. They repeatedly state they will investigate and call back but do not.I have made at least 6 calls to this company without ever receiving a return call when either told or I ask.Fall representation of what they tell their customers and do not care to stand behind the information their reps tell customers. Avoid this company, they do not provide honest medical practice and billing practices.
