Hello to all I got a new Furnance/AC units on 2/1/2024. 2 for 1. I was charged over 12K to install. THE A/C had a bad part on it so it needed to be replaced. Part 700$. Now on 6/28/24. My siding guys noticed the mist coming out of the A/C. They took pictures to see if they could find it. They notified me & I called immeaditely. On 6/28 there Tech JACKSON W*** came to my house at 6:30 pm. He had an attitude before he got to me, I showed the pic. He came back in He started to give me grief I told him to fix it. He litterely stomped his feel across my floor & turned to me with a rude comment said " Well You Can Call My Wife and Tell Her Why He Wasn't Going To See His Kid Tonight" Then the other one...
You Aren't Concerned With Anyone But Myself. I asked isn't it your Job to come on service calls? The GM Dean told me if I have anyone else fix it but them THEY WONT HONOR MY WARRANTY. I CALLED J****** C******* as long as a reputable company fixes it the Warranty Stands. Period. Please read my review. I am an elderly person & there doing this because they won't admit there tech screwed up. I am going to sue them.

This unit did have a bad frost control board from the manufacture and was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty we had it installed as soon as the manufacturer got it too us the customer was never without heat. Debra paid nothing for the board replacement. Her siding installers notified her of the leaking mist while they were working in that area. They removed part of the units electrical off the side of the house and was moving the unit around and cracked a braised joint. We cannot be held responsible for other companies who are working in that area and break the unit. Ms M****** admitted it was working and cooling her house up until the point when they noticed the sudden mist coming for the unit. We did tell her that if she had another company working on her unit that the Trouble Free 2 yr labor warranty would be voided. Her manufacturer warranty can be done by any company she chooses. While the GM and a different tech was there her siding installers threatened to get Physical. The tech left and said he would not return to Ms M******s residence. She came out to the GM and begged him to send someone to fix it. She was supposed to call our office when the siding installers were not around. We offered to send a tech out to repair the braise and add new freon at a discounted rate. She said she would take the price out of the Siding installers pay. She never called back for us to send a technician out. The siding installers were not a reputable company with insurance just two guys doing work on the side.Review fromMitchell B

5 starsJackson at Trouble Free did a fantastic job. Also Trouble Free stood behind their warranty and replaced a defective furnace that was 6yrs old.
