    The original transaction took place on 8/13/2024. I had reserved an executive SUV to get us to and from ***** ************* Airport in February with pick up in early March. Our flight times have changed for our departure. I reached out to Peoria Limo regarding these time changes and what needed to happen to update the time for pick up. I have heard nothing back. I started with reaching out via their text option last week when I first found out about the change. I sent an email on November 11th, this has gone unanswered. On Friday the 15th, I followed up with a text. Still no reply. Today, November 19th, I tried calling 4 times and also reaching out via ******** Messenger. The phone does not e en go through. I question whether there is even a legit business at this time. I am afraid that we will not get picked up or dropped off at this time as they aren't even willing to receive communication. I would like to get a refund and just use the money to either drive ourselves and get a hotel or find another service that is willing to communicate.

    We requested a service to be performed by Peoria Limousine Co. to have a SUV limo to arrive the night of 9/28/24 at our home (*** ******* **** ***** ***** **) @9pm and service would end at 11:30pm. We paid in full multiple days ahead. That night, no driver showed after repeatedly calling the phone number associated with the business. It was not until 11pm we received a return call offering a refund and to get a Mercedes van out to us for transportation. It has been several weeks now and yet have we received any refund for the not receiving the services we paid for.

    I booked this company on 8/6 and arranged transportation from Peoria airport to ********** ****** *****. Payment was made online and the company sent several emails confirming dates, time and service. My family arrived in Peoria airport at midnight only to receive no service and this company has made no attempt to return my messages.

    We made a reservation with this company (Peoria Limo) to transport our family of 7 to and from our home in Peoria, Il to ****** airport for our family vacation.
    Despite being 40 min late on the way to the airport we made it there ok and with plenty of time. So we didn’t complain at all about the tardiness.
    However, on our trip home we had bigger issues. We received a confirmation email AND text the day of. We had already paid ~$700 for this transportation home. Once we were ready to head home and at the designated time agreed upon, we could not reach this company in any form. We called, texted, emailed, ******** messaged, and still could never reach the company. The company claims they are open and available 24/7 and their website includes links to reach them. Yet, we were never able to reach anyone. By the time we realized they had scammed us and stranded us it was 9:00 on a Sunday night; with 7 people to transport. There were no options for cars, Ubers, trains, buses, flights, anything. We have continued to try to reach the company to get a refund with no success. They have completely abandoned us. As we research this more, we have found it is a common occurrence with this company. What a shame. It’s so sad they have no remorse for doing this to a family of 7 trying to enjoy a vacation.

    Filled out an online request April 15th for transportation on April 26th and received a call from a **** ****** at Peoria Limo. **** seemed nice, answered my questions, and sent me a link to book.

    On the morning of Tuesday April 16th I completed the registration and received a confirmation email and code immediately. At 11:55 and 11:59 am, I received a well worded email and attachment confirming all the details of our trip.

    24 Hours before our scheduled trip I received another confirmation and assumed all was good to go. We had purchased 16 very expensive tickets to take our whole team and their families to ******* field for the day. Our trip was to begin at 8 am.

    Everyone was here by 7:30 to be ready. At 815, we had no bus and began calling their advertised # with no response. By 830 we were panicked and called, texted, and emailed **** and Peoria Limo. No response by 9:15 (and over an hour late), we booked with another provider. Approx 9:35 a bus showed up. They showed me a travel sheet given to them by Peoria Limo and had been hired by them to fill the job. This is the first we heard of this. We called Peoria Limo and again, no response.

    The 2nd company was kind enough to have someone here to pick us up so we took that trip and not the one that was 90+ minutes late with no call, no heads up.

    Approx 2 pm I got multiple calls from **** upset saying he "had been sleeping" all day and just woke up. He stated he needed to get money back from them for being late and he would follow up with me. It has been over a month with no reply from **** and no money back.

    We checked the ****** reviews after (our mistake) and this is unfortunately a common practice.

    We need help getting our money back from this fraudulent business.

    I had booked the 24 pax limo party bus back in June 28th 2023 for Sep. 9th 2023 from 7:15 PM-11:15 PM. I received confirmation through email that half the payment was received the night of booking of $424.41 and the other half was received on August 27th of $424.42 making that a total of $848.83. A couple hours before arrival time I had received an email that they had changed the vehicle to a 13 passenger sprinter van. I had called the company and spoke with the owner **** and he gave me a bunch of excuses that the party bus had broke down and it was in the shop and could possibly still be ready by the time of service. I had also spoke with **** the day before service to see what kind of drinks were allowed on the bus and what kind of music system they had and he never once mentioned the bus was broken down at that time. **** told me he would refund me the difference of what the party limo bus runs per hour vs. the cost of the sprinter bus per hour, plus 50% off for inconvenience, I haven't seen a penny.

    We booked a limo for our kid's wedding. The limo did not show. The owner (****) claimed the engine blew on the bus. He had our full payment and said we would receive a full refund within 7 days. Do date we have not received anything. I continue to leave voicemails and no return calls. Dates and charges are located in the documents below.

    Reserved a party bus from Peoria Limousine on February 7th 2023 for use on February 18th. 2 hours before the pickup time, I got a text from the company that the party bus that I had already paid for and reserved had an issue, so they wanted to replace it for a vehicle of lesser room and quality. Per our text messages, he was going to be issuing a credit due to their issue and based on this as well as our phone conversation, I agreed. We used the replacement option for the evening, but the agreed upon credit has not been refunded. It has been 5 months and I have called and spoken with the owner roughly 15 times since this occurred. Each time I get the run around about his credit card processor, then he had it sent to a company to have a check cut, etc. I dont believe he has made any attempt at providing the agreed upon credit. The Price I paid for the Party Bus for the evening was $806.25, the agreed upon price for the replacement and the hassle was $525.00 after all of the add on charges. therefore I should have received a refund of $281.25.

    I booked their services for a party bus vehicle for May 6, 2023 for our wedding. They were supposed to be at our venue at 4:00 CT and had them booked till 5:30. They called and texted me at 3:59 on May 6, 2023 stating they could not make it to the venue. At that time I asked for my money ($460) to be returned. I have called and left voicemails and emails with no response. My husband has called several times and each time they say they will send funds but nothing has taken place. They are not answering our calls now at this point from either of our numbers.
