    I booked a party bus for my wedding on their online website and got an email verification and they took half ($403) out of my account to reserve the day. Three days before my wedding, they took the other remaining $403 out of my account. On the day of my wedding, I received a text confirmation of the date and time. When the time came for the party bus to arrive they never showed. Multiple people tried contacting the company and no one was able to get a response. This left my entire bridal party stranded and calling for friends to pick us up. I called every single day and never talked to anyone. Every day I left a voicemail and no one got back to me. My wife called multiple times and was able to speak to someone. When she brought up the part bus not showing, the person laughed at her on the phone and then hung up. I called right after my wife did and never got a response. I have talked to multiple people who have had the same issues. This business is a SCAM and they will take your money with no remorse whatsoever. I was only able to get my money back after I filed a claim with my credit card company and afterward had to cancel my card so they would not try to charge me again.

    If I could leave a 0 I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The leader, John ******, is a criminal. He has stolen SO MANY people’s money. It’s not even about the money for me at this point as I have ever been refunded and he has blocked me on everything (This is what he does to everyone so beware. You will never get a refund from him). He did not show up with my transportation on my wedding day and left me, my groom, and entire bridal party stranded with no remorse whatsoever. I have talked to at least 10 other couples who have experienced the same exact thing. HORRIBLE PERSON, horrible business, and horrible CHARACTER.
