    Messing crew did great work, however we were told plywood replacements were $20 for the wood pus labor. then they billed us $70 a sheet $1400 total.. Crazy increase, make sure to get a firm price before you agree to anythng. Crew Is amazing but the billing sucks.

    Messing roofing installed a new roof on our home in August 2023, by November the tabs on the shingles started to blow off and break. I notified the company we had a very mild fall. They kept blowing me off when I called. Finally in January (a very cold day) they arrived to repair broken shingles. They started to tear existing shingles and did a half hearted attempt, put flashing under dormers which looks terrible. They had a change of supervisors do to his experience in roofing. Our sales person took over as supervisor he started out decently then started with vague answers about when we can expect a repair. The roof was compromised when they sealed up their botched repair. I have pictures of them going crazy with a nail gun. They told me that there was nothing to nail to. They were supposed to replace any damaged sheeting. It is now July with no resolve. This was a definite leadership issue with roofing crew. Customer service is poor. Communication is key whether good bad or indifferent. I just want to be done with this incident. Not sure that is the case since I have had issues with the materials used breaking off in the wind. Again this is an application of said roof.
