    I ordered a product from this company and never receive my order then they finally contacted me back saying they would refund my order and for the trouble give me 50% off but id have to reorder and they would cancel the previous order. So they charged me $107.90, that was to be refunded and charged me again for $58.60.

    On June 25, 2024 I placed an order for 3 Month Strength Combo pills. I paid my money. The company said it was going to take 10-15 business days ( Ball park estimates) before I received my product that I ordered. I literally gave the company 30 days and nothing! I never received my product! I sent countless emails asking about my product or at least a ETA that I could expect to receive it. Nothing! No response, No apologies, No refund, No anything! Ridiculous! They gave me a current delivery date June 28, 2024 nothing ever came and it’s now November 29, 2024! i still haven’t received ANYTHING!

    Placed order 9/28/2024 @3:11am. Was suppose to receive product on 10/3/2024. I have not received anything. Tracking does not update. I have tried to email the company 2x. There is no phone number for customer service. I wrote a message on Instagram and replied under a post. Which the company keeps deleting

    I made a purchase from ************************* on 10/13/24 which lists 10/14/24. I received an email confirmation of the order. Its been over 10 days and i have not received any other details or follow up on shipping. The order receipt list estimated shipping delivery to be 10/18/24. I have sent 3 emails to ************************* and have not received any follow up. I recently checked the BBB website and saw numerous complaints and negative reviews. I wish i had seen these before making a purchase with this company. I WOULD HAVE NOT made a purchase.
    This company should not be in business. Businesses that do not issues refunds on purchases not sent out or shipped out should NOT be in business! The websites list 24 hour customer support yet when contact via email there is no follow up or response. The company does not have a contact phone number.

    I placed an order on April 13, 2024. I never received my product. I reached out several times and got no answer. I also filed a dispute with my bank and my bank has not heard from the company

    I purchased and order from this business and never fulfilled the order or shipped out any merchandise but kept the money I have emailed and tried to call the business to get a refund phone number doesn’t work and they have responded by email saying they would issue a refund and never have I disputed the transaction with the bank as well and to know avail was advised to work this out with the company who is now ignoring email communications and still hasn’t given me a refund back from a order I placed with them on 4/14/2024 for 152.64 order number *****

    I placed an order on the website on June 24 haven’t received a tracking said it would be delivered on the 28th of June. Still nothing and haven’t responded to any of my emails. I ordered from them in the past this is the first time this happened. There’s no number to call either. What a SCAM!!!!!

    I ordered diet pills from their website. When I didn’t arrive by the time they said it would I started inquiring about it and they would always send the same email word for word sending me to the shipping section of their website. When I started commenting negatively about them on ** they messaged me on there and said they would give me a refund but have yet to do so or mail me my product and now they won’t reply to me at all
