    I made a purchase back ain June. It is now Mid October. They will not respond to me and my bank gave me the money back but took it back because they said it was a valid charge. Company will not respond, no phone number is provided as well.

    They are taking customers money and now supplying the product I made a purchase with them back in April never received it and the communication is not there didn’t here back from them and the when they did they asked and still haven’t addressed it no one should purchase anything from them

    I ordered from this company I made 3 orders in total 1 on March 18 and then the 24th because they had a good sale. Then I ordered again cause they came out with a new formula the 2.0 that was on April 13. I haven’t received nothing but an excuse that one of my orders was lost but what about my other 2 orders. I reached out to them ever since May and they don’t respond back no more. So what am I supposed to do now. I will never order from them again..

    I place an order on 6/25/24 and still haven’t received my order it been over 2 months I been emailing them no response & no tracking # for my order. They is a scam don’t buy from them. They took my money.

    Fabuloushape.com is a scam. The product is great but the 3 month wait is insane. When you reach out through the business email, they respond with a generic email. I understand that its a small business and orders are shipped in a first in first out process, however to still be waiting on a product that youve ordered 3 months ago is just nonsense. Ive tracked my order through their website and it says it was delivered on 3/25/2024 back to their company. Do not buy from this company unless youre willing to wait months for your shipment. Loc to dispute with my card company and they declined. So Im just out of money and never received the product. Should have known when the returns and refund policy said they dont do refunds.
