      We had every window in our house replaced with this company and spent upwards of $16,000 for windows, storm doors, and gutters. At least 10 of the windows (probably more) are defective. Snow and rain comes right through the window. These defective windows has stained our floor, ruined some drywalll, and warped our window ledges and end tables. After multiple attempts to contact windows4less there has been no attempts to respond to us by them. The windows were not installed correctly, the caulking has all rotted off already, Quite possibly the worse install job I’ve ever seen. At this point of dealing with this unprofessional company who has no business of installing windows since they obviously don’t know what they are doing, We want a full refund so we can hire somebody that can do the job correctly and professionally. We should tack on another 2k for the damage there install job has done to our house. Regardless the brand new windows they installed need to be replaced.

      This company installed all new windows in my house including the basement windows. Basement windows were leaking cold air; so **** ********** came out to correct the problem. The problem still persisted after this. I requested that **** not be sent out to fix it. I didn't want him to feel bad for not fixing the problem when he was here before. Someone came out and it was taken care of. Both co-owners and **** came out due to problems with the font picture window. It appeared to me and ***** ****** agreed that the window had problems because there were gaps at the bottom that weren't at the top. This was never taken care of nor was the problem with both picture windows not locking. Also, I have a bedroom window that will only open 1/2 way and **** was unable to fix this problem. I assumed that the life time warranty was through them since they sent their people out to try and correct any problems. I had to find out from another customer, on Facebook that the warranty is through ******. I notified ****** in regards to the windows. They responded telling me that I must provide "Proof of purchase specifying product & brand name and location of install. Dated copy of original invoice, warranty or contract, serial # or FO #. I have contacted co-owner ***** ****** several times to provide me this information and he won't provide it. Without this information, my life time warranty doesn't exist.

      I hired Windowz4Less to install 2 commercial doors. I provided the down payment and they came to do the installation. During the installation they messed up one of the doors and the other one doesn't work right. I was told that they would have to order a new door and come back. They still demanded payment and I paid them a partial payment but reserved some of the money because the job wasn't finished. They've never returned to fix the bad door or replace the one they messed up. I've been unable to reach them to discuss this issue. The address for the job was **** **** *** ****** **

      The company installed windows and sliding glass doors in my house in 2022. I made three payments as work progressed. For $30+K. The job wasn't without flaws. Some windows and doors came in the wrong size or wrong color from *****, had to be reordered and one repainted locally. It took over a year from when contracted until they were finished. The men we dealt with were professional. I recently made many attempts via phone, email via their website, cell phone calls and texts to ask for a statement. My accountant said there is a tax credit that can be applied to my 2022 tax return for improving your home with energy efficient windows and exterior doors. I just needed a statement as the accountant requested. I had my cousin ** ****** try to contact them also. No answer on their 800 number and no call back on the owner **** or salesman ******* cell numbers. Then my cousin's cell number was blocked by ******* number. And now they are no longer in service.

      I have all paperwork to provide to u --- I ordered 14 windowZ4less last October 2022 to be installed within 4 weeks this is now 2/15/2023 with no windows no answer of and phone number. I have on receipt or business card I paid 3,500.00 in a money order and the balance was due up on completion. Now I am at my wits in to get any one to answer anything, so I have contacted BBB to further assist. I will be into your office to give u copies of what I have

      I had a quptw in May of 2022 for a new front window I paid 500$ down. They told me about 8 weeks for the new window.when it came day to install n October 2022 they call me and say the window is broken and it would be 3 to 6 weeks to replace it. They contact me again in November of 2022 wanting the remainder of my payment. I tell them I am still waiting on delivery and install of the window. They tell me he will look into it and I have not heard anything back. I have tried calling the company and all I get is a busy signal I have tried emailing and gotten no response other than an automated reply. This company seems like a scam. It has been almost a year and I have no new window and am out $500. I want my money back for this false transaction.

      i have used this company in the past with no issues. contacted business for 5 replacement windows. On oct 25,2022,paid 1/2 of total price 1625.00. paid via debit card. est time was 8 to 12 weeks.called to check on status dec 15th no response. left message on business phone ************. recvd call from ****  from windowz4less ,approx 1 week later ,he is on way to install he then called back same day he is at warehouse and they do not have our windows,he advised he will research and get back with me. i strongly advised to keep me posted on status . we have since called at least once a week for status we were able to leave messages at first but now all numbers i have for both owners and business are non working..today i was able to reach a former installer who advised any numbers he has are now non working,he also unable to reach anyone associated with this company,

      I, a retired senior, purchased 9 windows from Windowz4Less for $6225. Four were installed in June 2022 & 5 more in Oct 2022. The owners, **** **) & **** ***, installed the first 4 on June 14. During the process, * popped a piece of the upper sash from one of the windows. It was never found & he was supposed to replace it but never did. The remaining windows were installed Oct 4. On Oct 18, when one of the installers returned to reattach a piece of trim knocked loose during installation, I told him my house had been extremely cold since the new windows were installed – significantly colder than with the original windows. He looked at the second story windows & said one of them needed a new bottom sash. On the main level, he found the kitchen window was not in the track correctly, but did not check the other windows. I called **** ***, the office mgr, Dec 2, to check the status of the new sash. On Dec 9, he said it had been ordered, but was not in. Still needing my concern about how cold my home had been addressed, I reiterated something did not seem right. After 3+ more weeks of discomfort & no response, it only got worse on Dec 22 when one of the rooms in my home felt even colder than before. I pulled back the curtains to investigate & discovered the inside pane of my new picture window had broken. It was very cold & my home was frigid. Worried about the potential of the entire pane shattering, I texted a pic to * at ~7:30 pm. On Dec 23, I followed up with a call about the broken window. * agreed to come on Dec 26 to finally look at the windows. During his inspection, * agreed the windows were drafty, said they’d need the capping removed & insulation checked. He also said one of the windows was not square & would need shims. The picture window obviously needed replaced & J said a replacement would come in 3 weeks. * said he’d talk with * Dec 28, & call to schedule the work. But he never reached out and won’t return calls & texts.

      I conducted business with Windows 4 Less on replaces all of the windows in my mother’s home at *** ****** ****** **** ******* ** *****. Name on the account should be my mother ****** ********. The windows were installed on October 3, 2019 and the total cost was around $13000. Upon completion of the window installation, we were reminded by the salesman that we had a warranty included in the case anything were to happen to the windows. Also, he was going to order a draft stopper for under our front door and has never followed up or completed that task. We have a crack in the bay window that has been growing for a few months now. I have been Emailing the office and **** ****** informed me that he would order the part and get back to me on fixing the window. The last response I received was **** letting me know he was following up with the office manager. I have tried contacting multiple times via email and phone with no response. I need to get this bay window repaired to avoid further damage.
