    Took my car in for an oil change, multi point inspection, and had the spark plugs changed. This was on June 1st. Today, June 30th, I start my car and hear a strange noise, look at the dashboard and the low oil light is on. Did a little looking around and found that my oil cap was so loose that I'm surprised it was even still on. I take my vehicle here and pay their outrageous prices so I can avoid careless mistakes like this happening. This is 100% unacceptable. All of the oil was drained so I feel I am owed a refund here, if not much more.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The businesses response simply said "I will reach out to him." No one has reached out to me so, no, I do not accept this bad attempt at a response. All of the engine oil drained out of my car within a month of me getting my oil changed at this place. It would have destroyed my engine had I not caught it. This is a dealership, they are held to a higher standard. At the very least, i believe i am owed my money back for the oil. I do not want this business calling me. I am requesting that all responses are done here so they are recorded. Thank you
