    If I can, I will leave zero star. We prepaid pool opening service including auto cover cleaning on March 1, 2023 for about $950. However they didn't show up on the scheduled dates several times, at least 5 or 6 times from May to the middle of ***** ** explanation or notices in advance, They just didn't show up. Finally at the end of ***** the owner showed up and performed the pool opening service under one hour. When I pointed out he didn't do the cover cleaning, he said we didn't pay for it and asked us it would be easy for us to find the work form to show him. I was so surprised as we have been long term customers and we pay for the same service every year. Once we showed him the evidence that we did pay for the service back in March. He agreed and promised to finish up everything 2 days later since he didn't bring the proper tool and apologized for any inconvenience even said he will give us free simple cleaning. I cannot believe he didn't show up again and no answering calls or message. We basically was cheated on $225 and also wasted precious ******* summer time to enjoy our pool. Very disappointed to see some business owner just don't care integrity at all.
