      I purchased a bow case for my boyfriend. It did not fit his bow. I have been attempting to return the item to them by getting a return request authorization number from them. I have called repeated times and left messages. I filled out their form online, which the finally emailed me back about last week. They claim they never got my request. The person who finally emailed me back last week after I told them I was contacting you told me to go online again. They claim to have no record of receiving an email from me from the online request form I went to their site the other day and now the form to submit a request has been removed from the site. I want to return the item and get my money back. It is ridiculous that this is such a hassle to get refund. And of course now I am sure it is past the time they allow for a return although I have been reaching out to them for 3+ weeks.

      Ordered Hyper XP405 Holiday Bundle crossbow in OD Green on 12/10/2024 from Barnett Outdoors website. Included in the package was supposed to be the following: 4X32mm Multi-reticle scope, Two 22" HyperFLight Arrows, Extra 3 pack of 22" HyperFlight Arrows, Lightweight Side Mount Quiver, Rope cocking Device, Lubrication Wax. I recieved my order on 12/16/2024 and it was missing the Extra 3 pack of HyperFlight 22" Arrows and the 4X32 multi-reticle scope was defective. I contacted them about the issues on 12/25/2024 to which they replied on 12/26/2024. They insructed me to send the scope in for review and requested my address to send the missing arrows to. I sent the scope in and provided my address, they recieved the scope and sent me a new one. However, I have never recieved the Extra 3 pack of HyperFlight 22" arrows that was advertised as being included in the "bundle". I have emailed them 4 different times since then and have called them 4 times as well. I was only able to leave a message 1 out of the 4 times. One 3 of the 4 calls I was instructed via automated system to press "0" to recieve a call back. I have not recieved any call back or any responses from the emails. I would like to recieve the arrows or get a refund for the amount the arrows retail for. Since the bundle package was advertised with certain items it should come with said items or you should be compensated for the missing items. I also was forced to cancel an out of state hunting trip due to the inability to use the crossbow since the scope was faulty. A little communication on their end would have went a long way.

      Hello 7 months ago I purchased a Barnett XP 385 serial number ************* from my local *******. While out hunting I noticed that the limb is cracked. This bow has roughly 15 shots through it. My name is ***** ******** and my contact info is: phone number ************, address *******************************************. I am writing to figure out what can be done to fix this issue. I also attached a picture of the issue. Thank you I have been trying to reach this company for over a month regarding this issue with multple emails and messages and phone calls with no response.

      I first contacted Barnett outdoors on 10/9/2024. In a detailed email explaining to them I have one of there hyperghost crossbows and its defective. Its been this way for 2 years now. No one local wilm work on it they say contact Barnett because its defective. Barnett first responded back to me on 10/16/24 explaining they needed pictures and a ss# in which I sent. They responded on 10/21/24 informing me they will be sending a replacement front end to my crossbow. I have still yet to receive it. I its been over 21 days since I was in contact with them last. Over 30 days from the first contact time. I tried contacting them both through emails and phone calls they do not respond back. I paid over $900.00 for the crossbow when originally purchased and only shot it 2 times. Since the original purchase date Ive been jumping through hopes with Barnett doing exactly what they ask and yet Im left without a working crossbow. This issue should have been resolved a long time ago but the company is dragging its feet. Im asking that the crossbow be fixed/repaired, fully replaced or a full reimbursement of the crossbow.

      I own one of Barnett Outdoors crossbows. It was damaged. I called local repair shops all who said I have to reach out to Barnett to get it repaired. I have called them over 3x nobody answers or returns messages. I have emailed them at least 3x and again no return. I feel like this is a scam.

      I purchased a Barnett Crossbow from ******* in ********************* on November 1st 2024. On Tuesday November 5th I went to use the bow, and it snapped. The bow is completely useless. I tried to take it back to the ******* store, but it is non returnable, and non refundable. They told me to get ahold of the company. I have called and emailed Barnett multiple times now. It has been days, and their phone number will put you on hold and then hang up. Its been 3 days and nobody has called, or emailed back. I want my money back and my bow replaced. I dont think Barnett has any employees even working in customer service since Ive gotten no response.

      Bought now over 1 month ago. Front end broke off with first use. Contacted company, after numerous calls and multiple emails without response, finally spoke with customer service who said were shipping new front end and would have by end of the week. That was a month ago. I have called and emailed repeatedly again. Finally got email response that was generic and asking if I needed help with anything. I was also refused a tracking number when told it was being shipped.

      About a month ago I purchased a new hyper raptor 410 crossbow from ******** sports on the 8th shot the cocking mechanism blew apart injuring my hand and damaging the bow the bow was close to ************************************************************ it had to be through the manufacture Ive tried to reach them through email and phone calls !! I tried to purchase a upgraded cocking device for $159 through there site because the regular ones were sold out when the package arrived every thing else in the order was in it except the cocking device now the bow is damaged and useless and the will not even answer a call and email and Im now almost $1000 dollars in.

      On August 3, 2024, I purchased a new Hyper Raptor BCX from Barnett website. Order Number BRN ***** in the amount of $663.00. I also purchased a Hyper Raptor cocking device for the crossbow on October 28, 2024, in the amount of $149.99 plus paid $20 for 2-day shipping. The issues I am having is the rope cocking device dowel pin came out of the pulley while i was cocking the crossbow leaving it useless until I had to put it back together. The string on the crossbow started to unravel after 30 shots leaving the crossbow too dangerous to shoot. The crank cocking device was absent the package when it arrived at my house so in essence, I paid $180 for an empty box. I've reached out to Barnett via calling,email,social media and have not gotten a response from the company. At this point I am not satisfied at all with the Barnett Company and would like a full refund for the headaches I have encountered dealing with their products.

      I have ordered four items from Barnett Crossbows on-line. One of the items was the 20 Headhunter bulk pack arrows 12-count. Barnett sent me the 22 Headhunter bulk pack arrows instead. I did not order the 22. I have reached out to the company by email but Ive havent been contacted to resolve the issue. I have also called the customer service number but no answer.
