      In mid September I ordered an accessory from Barnett. I called 3 days later to cancel the order. Website showed that the part was awaiting fulfillment. After waiting for almost 25 minutes on my 4th call. they told me it was awaiting pickup by **** I asked to cancel the order and refund to my debit card. 2 hours later the item arrived at my door. I returned the item via **** the following day. Tracking shows it arrived on 26 Sept 2022 at **** am. It is now 7 October. I have yet to receive my refund. Despite leaving multiple phone messages and 2 messages on their website, no one has yet to contact me.

      I bought a new Wildcat Recurve Crossbow and when I received it the limb assembly was warped so I contacted Barnett and they said they would send me a new one and I would have it within 5 days if not to call them back. It has been 6 weeks later and I have left 11 unanswered emails , as well as at least 6 hours on hold and over 30 calls trying to get in touch with Barnett with absolutely no contact. I bought this crossbow because I am a reviewer on ******* and wanted to give my viewers a budget hunting option but now I have realized that this company just takes your money and ignores you even when they send you broken products. I am unsettled that they do not seem to care about their customers and can take your hard earned money and then ignore you. I feel as if I have been robbed in a way and want the company to take responsibility for their actions. I will most definitely be spreading the word to my thousands of subscribers and hundreds of thousands of viewers since every attempt at contact throughout this experience has been fully documented. Please help

      Purchased a Barnett expedition 350 crossbow and the trigger on the crossbow has failed causing a dangerous safety risk. I have notified Barnett of the issue on 9/9/22, 9/12/22 and 9/15/22 by reaching out to their warranty ***** and was told on 9/9/22 by the first rep that they would be emailing me a shipping label at their expense due to it being safety related issue. Reached back out to Barnett warranty **** on 9/12 & 9/15 to request the status and have been told that I can send it to them on my own instead, when asked to speak with a manager and putting in an online ticket for such request I have not been responded too. There warranty clearly states that a trigger issue is a covered repair however Barnett Outdoors is not backing up their warranty or resolving a customers issue with their product.
