      I went to *** on January 2024 for eye exam and new glasses. Cost $700.00 didn't file ******************* I couldn't see clear went back no line in wrong place. They said it takes two weeks for eyes to adjust. Still couldn't see went back 1 hour drive 1 way. Prism in wrong place. Finally fixed. They told me I needed cartact surgery. I got second option and didn't need it yet. April 1 2025 frame snapped in half told to come in then said frame discontinued after a discussion they went back found a frame that cost $194.00 i had to get it couldn't see. Please advise.
