      I do not recommend. They are rude and disrespectful. Overpriced and make several calls and texts to remind you of your appointment. Once you go to your appointment, they always over book, the wait time is completely ridiculous. Last appointment I made was for the first appointment of the day and I had to wait over an hour for the doctor to see me less than *********************************************************************************** have concerns. I was told by the practicing manager that the doctor does not have time, even though I had tried to contact my doctor for over a month getting a call back with a simple question. I had Lasik and my procedure did not give me the results that I was expecting and so I struggled with my vision for a year before I was able to get it fixed. My doctor told me that he would correct my glasses that I ordered originally after having my Lasik when I fixed my eyes, once I was able to have my eyes corrected they did not want to fix my glasses. I went to IEC for years, every year I spent over $600 on glasses, one pair usually cost me over $500. Most of the time I got more than one pair and sometimes contacts. I decided to do the Lasik because I was spending so much on glasses and after I had the procedure, they suggested getting reading/night time driving glasses and guess what, it was almost $600 for those. Strange how the price of my glasses stayed the same before Lasik and after. I went ahead and ordered a pair of glasses with the understanding that he would correct them once my eyes were corrected and then once my eyes were corrected, they did not want to pay for my glasses to be redone, even though he stated he would fix and I would not be charged. *********************** was excellent, but IEC in Hannibal is not. I asked for a manager to call me regarding this manner and so far it's been a few months and not one manager has called me. I have called more than a few times to ask to speak to a manager, they will not talk to me
