    The office manager keeps telling me different things about getting my deposit back. When I lived at a property they manage, I never got phone calls back as I was told I would. I moved out nearly two months ago and everytime I call to figure out what ** getting back for my deposit, she will not talk to me and keeps telling me I will receive something in the mail. My last phone call was 3 weeks ago and still nothing with living in the same town. Shes been very rude to me multiple times about complaints at the property and has even ended phone calls because she doesnt want to talk to me. So now I have to take them to small claims court since I cant even get them to tell me whats going on. She said a lot of things needed fixed at the rental but will not tell me what, until I get the letter in the mail stating. I do have pictures of what the rental looked like when I moved out so atleast I have them for court. I would advise no one to rent with this rental property. Side note: when I moved in another rental company had the property, the last year living there is when A&B took over and it has been a mess ever since. I lived in that rental over 3 years and never had issues with the last property manager. I wish I could leave zero stars.
