ON 2/11/2025 I PURCHASD A CELL PHONE, MOTORALA ************* 5G ,the phone was a promotional phone which was a rollback for price for $74.94 in which I was over charged $200. I ordered groceries on Walmart.com 1/29/2023 and never got them. I called customer service several times as I waited at home with a special needs child. I was told to wait til 8pm and if I didnt receive my groceries call back. These people offered me no resolution to this problem other than they will issue me a refund. However, they have my money and even with a refund Ill have to wait til the money returns to my account before I can use those funds. This is consumer fraud. My name is *****************, I ordered a home gym for my son for Christmas on 12/20/22. I received a ***** tracking number (************) stating it would be delivered by 12/30/22. I then received an update stating it would be here by 12/28/22. So when it didn't come yesterday, I reached out to Walmart support and was chatting with someone. I had to take a work call and when I got off the phone and went back to the chat I had a notification that the ordered had been canceled and refunded. I DID NOT request this. Now I am being told the item is out of stock and there is nothing anyone can do. I finally got ahold of someone that was somewhat willing to help and said that the item will be in stock next week, how we I purchased the item on sale and she wasn't able to confirm it would still be when it's back in stock. One lady I spoke with said Walmart was having issues with some orders. Ok that's is fine and I understand that but I don't feel that I should have to pay for your issues or mistakes. If the item is going to be back in stock on 1/3/23 why didn't they just send me an email stating it's was on back order and would ship next week? I would really appreciate if Walmart would make this right if not for me for my sons sake since this was his Christmas gift. There is a similar item in stock that is slightly more then the one I ordered. Is it possible that you reorder that for me for the same price I paid? It is the LX800 instead of the LX750 that I ordered? I appreciate you listening and anything you can do to make this right is greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Today for my wedding anniversary I bought online, I pay membership so I don't have to go out and go personally to pick up, a bottle of *************************** Black Label as a gift for my husband, when the delivery man arrived at my door he asked me for my driver's license, I did everything he asked, his app didn't work, he managed to read the barcode on my drive and it started to change, he said he would call the police if I didn't return the purchases I had already paid for, my daughter 8 years old was desperate, I felt extremely embarrassed, he after yelling at me and saying several unnecessary things harshly, took everything and left. I leave here on record that I shop at Walmart every day, both online and in person, as of today I will no longer be a customer of this place, you have no criteria for hiring employees, I am not obliged to go through this.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday, 11/23/2022 i was supposed to pick up two orders at the walmart location in **********, ** via thier curbside pick. I had two orders to pick up. First order was 2 items and the second order was a bigger one consisted of a few groceries and 3 other non food items. When i got there i parked and via the app notified them i was there and what i was picking up. Few mins later an associate came out to my car and delivered my first order. I notified him i had a second order and showed him in my phone. He acknowledged and advised me that he will go and grab my second order but to park a bit closer which i did. Then I proceeded to wait and wait for almost 45 mins until i got out of my car and asked another associate if he can advice me of when my second order would be brought out. He said he woukd look into it and be back to me. I then went back to my car and wait another 30 mins until i couldnt wait any longer. During all this time i also tried calling the number referenced on the parking spot sign they have in each parking space but of course no one answered. So after waiting for more than an hour i just left. At the same time I requested my order to be canceled as no ine ever came out to **** me it. All the groceries were indeed cancelled but the other 3 non food items were not. It was an iwatch and 2 pair of airpods which again were never brought out to me. Yet they put as if i did pick them up which is a complete lie. Nothing from ny second order was brought iut to me. And they have been giving me the run around in refunding me my money. Ive called the store numerous times to just get placed on hold and then hanged up on. The customer care associates are also a joke and no help. Im basically being ignore and being not getting my money which is around $330 returned. Please helppp meInitial Complaint

To whom this may concern:On Nov. 6, 2022, I placed an order through Walmart App. The delivery time would be Nov. 10, 9 pm-10 pm. On Nov. 10, around 9:30 pm, I still did not receive my items, then I connect Walmart's online agent. The online agent told me that my order was delayed and sent me an email to confirm the delay. Meanwhile, the agent said my order would be delivered on next morning 8 am -10 am. Even though I was not happy about the delay, I had to accept it because I depended on the food I ordered to prepare Friday dinner for my friend. On Nov. 11, at about 10:30, I still did not receive my order. So I connected with an online agent again. The agent said my order was delayed again. Then I asked the agent to cancel my order because I had no time to wait and I would have to go to the store but all the stuff in person. After the cancelation, I just put this issue aside.Two days later, when I checked my email, I found my order had been delivered at around 12:30 pm on Nov. ***************************** the lobby. Since most of my items were fresh food and some ice cream, at that time I guessed they all went bad. When I went back to my apartment that day, I found nothing in my apartment lobby.at I asked the receptionist at my apartment, and he said the cleaning lady might have got rid of them.After that, I connect with Walmart's online agent again, and I was told to call 800. I purchase a wireless vacuum cleaner one 07/12/2022 it appears to be defective, battery after gets charge only last about 5 minutes, went to Walmart to exchanged it, employe I talked to claimed to be the manager and refused to exchanged it because I didn't have the original receipt, I showed her my **************** transaction with vacuum amount and date of transactions done at Walmart, she claimed that was not enough. I have pics of the day I went to Walmart and **************** transaction. Today 09/22/2022 I spoke with manufacturing company, I did a trouble shooting via face time I spend more than 10 minutes doing trouble shooting and still issue was not resolve, representative I did FaceTime suggested for me to get a screwdriver and unassembled vacuum cleaner and do more trouble-shooting, I told her I wasn't going to do it because I am not a technician and I don't have any tools plus is not m job to do all the trouble-shooting. I have pics of every time I talked to Walmart and representative from the manufacturer company. Walmart on ******************************************************* Due to 3 people in my home with Covid, I ordered groceries online (through Walmart app) to be delivered to my home. Delivery time was between 8-9 PM (same day). At 9 when I checked status - it said 'delayed' - waited up till midnight and no delivery.9/10 - called Walmart to inquire. I was told items were picked up and that I need to call the delivery department. Manager I spoke to was very rude. Told me to stop and let him talk when I was explaining the situation.Called delivery number and was told when they went to pick up items at 6:35 - they were not ready so driver moved on and did not go back to pick up. I was told to call the store - items are there,I called the store back and was told to call delivery, I explained the situation (that delivery cannot help me) and was told nothing they could do and that I would have to call customer service to cancel my order,I called customer service - man was very nice at the beginning - said he would cancel my order and return the $53.79 and $8.24 taken from my account for the groceries I did not receive. First he said within 48 hours. He then offered me $5 off my next order and I said no thank you, $5 is nothing and I would not be ordering again. He was then rude to me and kept saying 'I'm trying to hep you'. At this point I had been on the phone with various people for an hour and told him just cancel my order. He said he would and that it would be ***** hours for the cancellation and **** business days for my refund??!!. I **** him just cancel it and that I am sick and need to hang up and rest.Its been 48 hours and my order still shows 'delayed'. I need it cancelled and i want y money ($62.03) refunded immediately. 3/20/22 i purchased a HP computer for my son 7th birthday. I also purchased a warranty. The computer did not work. I took it back to Walmart with the receipt and was told i had to file a claim with all state. After several days of going back and forth all state tells me the computer is within the manufacture warranty and they wont service the computer til after the warranty is up. HP transferred me to almost ebery Department they had and still has no resolution. My issue is I purchase this from Walmart. Thats who has money and at the bare minimum should assist me with getting this issue resolved. The second issue is I was injured inside of Walmart. A incident report was done electronically. The young man had me to sign on a device and told me I would receive a copy via email. That never happened. Thank god i have time stamped photos of my injury in the store because these folks basically showed me they did not care.
