    I went to Walmart to return four tins I purchased, they refused to accept three of the tins. So I asked for a supervisor, The supervisor told me there was nothing they could do and refused to accept the tins back. I called the 800 number and spoke to ******** and she transferred me after telling me she couldnt help me, I spoke to another person and they told me they couldnt help me, then I was transferred to ******, who told me she was the Regional Manager and she told me I have to return the items to the store, I told her they refused to accept the items. She told me I have to find a ***** and return the items. I dont have transportation to get to these places. Why couldnt they pick up the items and give me my money since they refused to accept them in the store. I cant believe a Regional Manger refused to accept responsibility for poor customer service and send someone to pick up the items, since I went to the store once. I want my money back.

    To whom this may concern:On Sunday 08/21/2022 before 7pm I place an order to Walmart.com. This order was to be delivered from the location at ********************. I had no issues placing the order. I chose for my groceries to be delivered 08/22/2022 4-5pm cst. On 08/22/2022 4:40pm I received a text stating my ordered is delayed. That I would get an alert as soon as the driver was on the way. So I wait until after 6pm. I go through the app and start a chat to get resolution. I spend at least 45 mins trying to speak to someone. The chats kept getting closed, a few people hung up the phone. I finally get a guy who tells me that the driver cancelled. They were going to get a new driver. That I should wait 30 mins and call back. I wait until around 9pm. Went through the same previous process to try and get someone on the phone. I get someone on the phone who called the store and said the same thing. Only this time, I see received a text at 9:40pm stating they had to make some changes to my order. I was still told my order would be delivered. For me to go through a whole process again to speak to someone. For them to tell me my order would be delivered in the morning. I stated I work. I would not be home. It needed to come during my allotted time. The guy started he would put a note for the store to deliver during my allotted time of 4-5pm cst. I look on the app 08/23/2022. My orders are delayed and still saying delivery 08/22/2022 4-5pm cst. I called today 08/23/2022 spoke with **** 10:39am cst. **** called me through a request from chat on Walmart app. I requested a manager. **** stated, I cannot get you to a manager without telling them the reason. I advised **** that I was not comfortable speaking to her, as I had done so with other reps previously with no response. **** became rude, combatant, refused the Manager, and hung up. So, I go on Walmart.com finds ***********. I called and spoke to *******. She stated she would have the manager call me back in 2-3 ho
