    Highly Recommend! LDR Restoration came through for us after a water leak. We had another company do reclamation but was unable to come to an agreement with insurance for rebuild. Ldr willingly came over in a timely manner to give us a 2nd quote and started our rebuild for a much more reasonable price. If we ever need work done again,we will call them first. The team was all very professional and friendly.Very happy with end result.

    My experience with LDR was outstanding! We had a house fire that caused lots of smoke damage throughout the house. ********** answered our initial call and came to our house that day to take a look at the damage and start getting a plan together. A clean up crew came to our house within the week to start initial cleanup and take our salvageable items to be cleaned and stored. Once the rebuild process started, ************ was our point of contact and did a great job explaining the work needed to be done to get my family back into our home in a timely manner.Every member of LDR we interacted with was very helpful and understanding of my familys situation. ****, ********, *****, and **** went above and beyond to get our house repairs completed and our personal items cleaned and returned. Any type of house fire, flood, or damage is stressful to deal with, but Im very appreciative of the work LDR accomplished and I cannot recommend them enough!

    So I had a freak thing happen with my washer. Ran a full cycle with extra rinse with pump leaking. The laundry drain was covered with cloths and a basket, obstructing the drain. Flooded about 20% of my finished basement. I called my insurance to make a claim and they immediately sent out LRD (after hours). Young man ************** showed up and started the process of clean up. I was pretty freaked about all of it. ***** assured me it will be ok, he will get the water up and in 3 or 4 days it would be back to normal...and it was. These guys were on the ball, did precisely what they said and every thing turned out precisely as ***** had predicted. Easy Peasy. I ended up canceling my insurance claim...lol. If I have another issue like this, these guys will be the first people I call.

    LDR did an awesome job on the clean up and repair of our home. The people are great to deal with and any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a very timely fashion. The work was completely quickly and their clean up after the job was completed was spectacular! I hope I never need them again, but would be the first and only company I would use in the future.

    LDR was awesome! Professional, timely, and friendly! Put in new windows, fixed ceiling and wall, damage caused by ice damming in the kitchen. They are very reliable and dependable!!! Highly recommend them!

    LDR did a great job with our fire restoration. Professional, and caring. We would definitely recommend them. We are back in the house in a timely manner and they kept us updated and informed all the way.

    They did a great job on a full house cleaning after tenants had left. Multiple pets, smokers and damaged drywall. Literally cleaned all walls, cabinets etc. Pulled up old carpeting. It was a big scope of work but worth the money.
