    8/8/23 Damage to our property due to putting driveway sealer down in the rain

    We went back and cleaned up everything, the Owner of ***'s Sealcoating spoke to ****************** and everything was cleared up. I am not sure why this has proceeded here. I spoke to ******************* myself on several occasions and do not feel that she was being ignored. All her calls were returned in a timely fashion and when ****************** requested the owner to come to his house on, I believe a Tuesday evening approximately 6 pm, he did. I am not sure if they sent this and then things were taken care of, but this was our first notification that they had contacted BBB. Please have the customer call us if there is further issues, we are 100% willing to clear any problems up. I am sorry the customer felt ignored and I hope at this point they do not. Today is Nov. 15, 2023 and this is the first email we have received. Thank you.

    Neighbors across the street hired them to sealcoat their driveway, they backed their equipment into my front yard and I have huge ruts going the whole distance of the yard. They have not responded to my calls ,or the neighbors calls either. They witnessed it.

    We hired ***** to seal our driveway ($120) and fill the cracks (another $120). Since we were at work and we have used them in the past we left the check and paid in full. I contacted the owner the day after it was done and provided pictures showing him his crew didn't fill the cracks and we paid $240.00. He told me they would be back. They didn't show and when I contacted him again, he said they would be out last Friday. Again they did not show up. Now he is not answering my texts. I would like him to refund my money and/or do the job right. They did not complete the job they were hired to do and we PAID IN FULL.
