    Hello, my name is Anita and I am the Operations Manager for Tom's Sealcoating. I apologize for problems that happened in the past. We have since that time changed the way we operated. Is there anything that we can do to change or help the situation. Since, 2023 season, we have been working on the way we operate. Please let us what we can do.

    Scheduled for when I was out of town. Worked out great with scheduling even though they did not call to confirm they were indeed coming out. They say wait 24 hours before parking on driveway. We gave it 72 hours and it did not hold up. They are non-responsive and simply don't care. Called for someone to come out to see where top coat had already came up. No answer so left message but no call back. First time customer and last time. I imagine they are only in business due to volume of work. It certainly is not for their professionalism or customer service. ****** learned. Please do not come near my property ever again ***. What a joke.
