Oasis Financial is a rip off!! Taking advantage of injured clients. How? I was loaned **** from Oasis Financial and I'm being charged over ****** and it's only been a total of 6 months. BEAWARE!! I was referred here by the law firm representing me. So, people please do your own research and don't take anybody else word for it. It seems everybody is all about that ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR AND NOTHING ABOUT THE INJURED CLIENT ONLY ABOUT LINING THEIR OWN POCKETS..

Terrible! I have been waiting almost a week. Literally trying to cancel my application because I do not believe that they care either way.

It took about 3 and a half weeks to file my loan and it was approved for **** dollars. But the paper work i.signed said it was more. Fastcashlegal took 3 days to do everything on my case and approve me but these guys had a wire transfer to the wrong bank that Monday and lied and said I received funds when I haven't so it messed with my loan from fast c shlegal which was approved for **** not just the ****. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days to get the wire transfer returned and I asked their supervisor if he could call and get it voided because ***** fargos website suggests that. This man told me no.. okay sooo.. if you lie an dtell me 3 to 5 days and it's the 5th day and there's still no mo.ey that was recieved by Me but your going to lie to other financial institutions and say I owe you? ****** I took my business else where? Okay so if it's longer then5 days then it's not oasis problem and they don't care to help fix it... how is this supervisor telling me I reviewed funds he knows I didn't recieve.. fastcashlegal is 100 percent more courteous with time and funds. I'd I could make this a negative -99 stars I would. Read the reviews.

Oasis is 1 big scam. They had me jumping through hoops for 3 weeks trying to get things exactly how they wanted before they gave me the advance. I had a bankruptcy they said at first get it dismissed and I will get approved. I had that done keppbin mind the money is to pay off the debt anyway. Do I had that done and sent over the email as the account manager *************************** told me to do and I would be approved. I get a email from ********************* saying I'm handling your account today and I will reapprove you now that we have the paper work. Then I get a email saying the underwriter want a discharge letter from the attorney. You can only get that once they account is paid off and that's why I got it dismissed to get the funding to pay everything. So now ****** is stating I can't get the funding without a discharge after emailing me saying he was reapproving me. That's misleading and now I'm going to seek counsel against Oasis.

I applied Sunday night. Had to ask for an update on Monday, and everyday up until Friday. They send you a generic update with no actual help at 10:20am everyday. People come here for emergency funding. I needed money for rent but have yet to receive any update that is helpful. Im not facing eviction ** of this untrustworthy business they lie about how long your process will take. Advertise that it takes 1-2 business days to approve your application. But then they say you get your money 1-2 Days after they have talked to your lawyer. Would not recommend if you need emergency fundings.

Unreliable: Never rely upon for loan or help If you're considering doing business with Oasis Financial, think again. Their loan approval process is unreliable at best, and at worst, downright deceptive. I speak from personal experience: after promising me a loan, they abruptly changed their minds and left me in a desperate situation, causing me to lose both my house and my business. What's more, their underwriters seem to only approach loans that are guaranteed to be a success, completely ignoring the fact that emergencies often require a more flexible approach. Trust me, don't make the same mistake I did by relying on Oasis Financial. Look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reliable financial partner.

Fast response, they took care of everything. As long as you have a case you should be able to get funds within ***** hrs. Requested on a Friday morning had funds available Tuesday morning. Thank you for coming through when needed it the most.

There was an issue with them releasing the funds. I was lied to for 2 days after I had been approved for funding. The funds were release but do to an error had to be cancelled and reissued. I had left a voicemail for them to call me back and got nothing. I spoke with what they call a case manager 5 times in one day and was told they would call me back but never did I had to call them back every time.

Oasis did not forge the consumer's attorney signature. The consumer's attorney mistakenly signed a contract for a larger amount, which was not approved, and which was not fully executed. The amount the consumer claims to have received is not accurate and all upfront fees were fully disclosed to the consumer prior to their execution of the funding agreement. After the submission of this complaint, the consumer requested additional funds, which were approved and distributed.
