DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I unfortunately had over 1 week of my time wasted by their underwriter ***********************. Let me detail my experience from front to back so that you guys can see that this is NOT the place to go to if you actually need HELP.I applied 8 days ago in what looked like a pretty standard case since I already worked with another agency. I asked if there was anything I can do to expedite the process so they gave me his email and i sent the underwriter all of the court documents that were requested from any company. From there....it went downhill..I didn't receive any response or update for a couple of days. I sent emails asking if there is anything I can do or help with. I finally get an email from ***** saying he reached out to my attorney. Nothing else.Days go by again. I am emailing and asking for updates. He states the same thing. All the while my attorneys office already sent everything requested. He still wont say WHAT he actually needs from them. Just says in an email to reach out to my attorney office AGAIN. He still doesnt detail anything. Finally my attorneys office responds and says they provided everything asked. Guess what? He doesnt respond again about that or what he needs....Weekend goes by and I follow up again and he states the same thing. At this point I am fed up...So today I emailed him and stated that if we cannot find a resolution today, go ahead and close my file.Guess what the PETTTTTYYYYY underwriter *********************** did? He says oh I was just waiting on 1 specific piece of info today that would have got this taken care of..but I'll close your file now...So he got his feelings hurt because I decided that today was enough. that 8 days of waiting for something was enough. So he instantly declined me due to that. NOT because I was not approved, but because he wanted to be ***** and hurt me personally. I will seek legal action against this company.

Unfortunately, we were unable to provide funds to this consumer. He was regularly advised of his case status and the required information needed to complete our review of his application, but he did not like our answers. This company takes far too long for approval. I'm still waiting and can only speak with customer service who all day the same thing, it's still in review but tell you why or what they are reviewing.Oasis Financial

It has currently been over ***** hours and no funds has been released. They were quick to get me to sign a contract but not quick with releasing funds. I am currently still waiting and Im running out of time. Everything closes at 5pm EST which is very frustrating at the moment.Oasis Financial

5 starsOasis was such a life saver for me and my family. The explained everything and we're very helpful and understanding. Things happened quickly and I'm so grateful my attorney recommended them. I have been in a very dark place worrying about taking care of my family until my settlement. They helped so much I finally feel like some of that weight is off my shoulders. I'm hoping to see about applying for additional funds tomorrow but regardless THANK YOU OASIS!!!!Review fromTherman S

I received $5000 total in loans and am finally getting my case settled, after attorney fees and oasis taking almost $21000.00 I will be left with $4000.00. This is robbery and trying to negotiate they will only take off $5000.00. Any one thinking of getting any loan from this company should find out from their attorney how long before settlement otherwise do not take a loanOasis Financial

My lawyer advised i reach out to the *** company. Got into a crash and had to basically use my savings to take care of my bills while my case is awaiting..I reached out to this group of no-hopers on 09/26 to see if I could get a loan so I could pay my electricity bill so my lights do not go out and my 150 gallon reef tank does not crash and my place does not flood..Mind you, I just had my hip bone put together, ribs all fractured, sternum fractured and shoulder and thus unable to run downstairs if my power goes out Luckily, I reached out to a colleague who gave me a loan so I could pay my electricity bill *** I want to cancel the **** loan request but there is no way to do it...if anyone from Oasis is reading this, please cancel my **** request...your company is a sham wish I could give u 0 starsOasis Financial

2 starsOasis makes it somewhat easy to obtain funds. You get the funds rather quickly and no real hassle. I give them 2 stars because 1. they do a hard pull on your credit. I don't understand why they do that and it was never explained to me. 2. I took out under 10k and it's almost been 2 years and they want *********. I think this is a bit ridiculous. Camon now 112% interest is insane. I desperately needed the funds because I was wrongfully terminated. Have 3 kids to care for and housing costs. Needed to stay above the water Then we as a nation were dealing with COVID. It was rough trying to keep my children safe along with searching for a job. Anyways, I don't even wanna settle because I'll be left with hardly anything due to Oasis with their 112% interest. If there is anything I regret, it's taking out this pre-settlement loan. I suggest you guys seriously think not once or twice but three times before getting a pre settlement loan. Yes, it's quick and times are hard. Trust me I understand because at the time I had a teen, 1yr old and newborn. However, now it's stopping me from reaching a settlement agreement. Really think about how bad you need the money. 112% interest is NOT WORTH.Review fromSharon T

Best company. I took 3 loans with this company, no stress at all. I informed my attorney that I applied for a loan with OASIS. The process took one day for all my requests. Each time I applied the process took one day. Thank you so much.Oasis Financial
