      We bought a bay window from feldco on 01/18/2019 for the price of $4,548.00. Within the year of buying the window I noticed a draft from the bottom left corner of the main window. When I called, they sent out a service man, which I was charged for, he didn't even look at it. He said something about the natural draft of the cold/warm air in the room. I was completely dismissed. I called again within the next year about the same issue and the fact that my windows were constantly damp/wet with condensation( so much condensation that it was wetting and molding the wood), except the areas with drafts, again I was dismissed and told our house had to much humidity in it. He came to that conclusion without them even looking at it. Since then I have to plastic the windows. Last winter, there was a layer of ice around the bottom of the main window and it had plastic over it(except where the draft was again, even had pictures but deletedthem when they blew me off). Now, I've also noticed one of the locks is popping out, and some of the frames around the screen windows are cracking, there is a inch gap between the window and wood frame on one side. I have not called back recently due to the fact of how I was treated/talked to and dismissed the last 2 or 3 times I called. Not to mention they told me it will be another service fee if I call about anything else other than the original call about the draft. I shouldn't have to pay any service fee on a new window. I shouldn't have to be making any calls about getting service done at all, and if I do I shouldn't be dismissed and made to feel like I was stupid. I want the window fixed or some type of compensation. It is horrible that I have to plastic this new window.

      Regional Operations Manager spoke with customer. ********************** have been ordered to replace the ones with cracked vinyl. They are scheduled to arrive at the end of August. Once those are in Feldco will come out to replace those windows and investigate the draft issues further to find a proper solution.

      We ordered installation of windows early in April 2022, our first experience was a salesperson that arrived late, it turned out he made mistakes on our contract, the first mistake was immediately caught when technicians came out to measure our windows, he entered wrong number of windows, what we did not know was he had entered our windows wrong as well, we wanted wood grain because that is what we have throughout the house, he kept mentioning white , we again pointed out that we had wood grain and want to keep that, he said yes, it was the outer that would be white. The second mistake was not caught until installers finally arrived in our home 3 months later ( we were told 6-8 weeks, well over that time) we did not allow them to install because they were wrong and did not match what we thought we were getting. A manager from feldco told us it was in our contract and would have to keep or pay for half and cancel. We told them we could not keep these as they did not match, that is a high amount of money to pay for something that does not match (******) and we feel we were misinformed by their salesperson, we should not pay half, he made mistakes from the beginning. We were told by a representative that our salesperson was no longer with the company because of previous complaints. We just want the correct windows installed, we should not have to pay for their salespersons misinformation and mistakes, they are asking that we put the wrong color in our home and pay for it, this our hard earned money and it should not go into the wrong item. It is very hard to get a hold of management, the manager I talked to today pointed out he has talked to me three times since April! But it does not show the number of times we tried contacting before we got a response. We just want the correct windows, if we have to pay for wood grain thats fine but we do not want to pay for the windows we feel were their mistake.

      Customer spoke with ************************ of Sales and agreed to pay the difference between the white interior windows and the woodgrain windows. Customer is going to meet ************************ of Sales to confirm the color of woodgrain she wants and then product will be re-ordered.

      We signed a contract with them and after talking with people heard Alito if negatives so we decided to cancel the day after signing. But keep getting the run around even after telling us about the three day cancellation law. I just want out of the contract and the salesman was pushy I should have went with my gut and done more research. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time

      Mr. ****** contract on 7/19/2022. Mr. called in to cancel his contract towards the end of the day on 7/20/2022. General Manager followed up with and spoke to the customer, and accepted the written cancellation on 7/21/2022. A refund check for the initial deposit is being mailed to the customer.
