      Professional from start to finish ! From salesperson *******, to final measurements, to installation and clean up,all done with expertise and caring.Feldco has an AMAZING team of workers who provide an excellent product,and they back it up if any issues arise.We had 18 windows installed and could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Feldco !

      ************************* from Feldco's Weston ********* location was at my house yesterday, i never though I'd say this, but it was so much fun! Generally I'm very hesitant and don't want a sales rep coming in because they can be extremely pushy and arrogant, and never leave when you want them to. But meeting ****** for the first time was like a long time friend came walking through my door! He is a fantastic person, we had a blast! He was professional, had a great sense of humor, didn't push what so ever, explained options and the product extremely well, and they have great monthly deals. I wouldn't have been able to afford new windows without him and this company. If the rest of the process is as wonderful as the sales experience I will be one extremely happy person. Thanks ******!

      I ordered a complete remodel in Aug. of 2021. Each project was billed separately. Windows, garage doors etc. My siding and gutters were billed as a package and not individually itemized. July 6th of this year they finally sent a two man crew for the siding project and they removed my gutters also. They were incompetent and total amateurs. The work was unbelievably bad to the point where the siding was falling off the house. My salesman who was my only contact at the time came to look when I got a hold of him in a panic several days into the siding remodel. He made light of the whole situation and was rude and condescending but did alert the project manager. In this time no one from the company came back to check the work. When this crew was done and I had siding falling off my house the project manager came out, weeks after the start of the project, apologized for the terrible installation job and said he would send a new crew. That to a couple more weeks. In August two new guys came with two days to fix this mess. They tried to patch up what was really a start over job and though they were able to fix some problems it was still a fail and there is a host of problems and bad work all around the house yet. The siding is actually wavy on the front of my house. I have lots of photos. They never sent anyone for the gutters so I havent had any since the beginning of July. Now its 2 1/2 months into this project. The project manager is telling me he doesnt know when he can get a crew out to repair the poor siding installation. They also ripped one of my new screens. Waiting on that too. He finally got a gutter crew and can send them next week so I can at least have gutters. The catch is they want another $3450 or they will not install the gutters. The contract said 1/2 down and the other 1/2 on completion of the job. The job is not completed by far. Disgusted and stressed out with this company.

      Prompt and professional! The installer for our new windows was amazing and did the job quickly and perfectly. Then in our next house we had new exterior doors installed and love them! The exterior doors and storm door are great quality!
