      Terrific business and very easy process. I had all the windows in my home replaced recently and was thrilled with the entire process from start to finish. I had to get my windows replaced due to seal failure, and chose to work with Feldco based on their reputation in the *********** area. I would highly recommend Feldco.

      This is by far the worst roofing job Ive seen. Flashing has more dent and ding than a commuter car. The fire place flashing was to be done. Spray painted the ending instead of doing it. Roof nails all over my back yard, drip rails are ripped on edges, holes where water would leak into roof edging, downspouts not done, flashing seams not done correctly, a few loose shingles under the second floor edge. On top of the other issues, shingles were cut irregularly, not aligned correctly, roofing nails, plastic form shingles found throughout the yard. And pee bottles found along my fence.

      These are great looking windows. They add a nice focal point to the front of the house. The installers were spot on and did an excellent job.

      Total ******************** Sales *** out of ********* and ************, ******* *. used misleading sales practices when selling the service. ******* us on payment structure. Told us it was 50% down at signing and the remainer due at completion and satisfaction of the job. We had windows, siding, back door, soffiting, facia, and gutters gone. When basement windows were installed they left them with pine shims sticking out, spray foam insulation exposed, and never framed the windows in prior to submitting the windows done to the company. I had to call and get them back out to finish the windows. They had to come out three times to seal around the same window because the workers kept doing a sloppy job. When the back door was installed the worker asked for a check for payment, confused because of how the sales *** explained the payment structure I called the company only to find out the sales *** lied to us, and it was payment after each project. Installer advised it wasn't the first time he had been out to a job and found out the sales *** lied to the customer. After the back door was installed, they had to come back out and ***lace parts on the new door because the installer installed the lock crooked, it wouldn't lock because it was installed so the deadbolt hits the door frame, the weather stripping and the new bottom weather stripping was torn up. When they did the gutters, the workers left a large black scuff on the front gutters they had to come out and ***air. When they did the siding on the house it was not done according to how the Sales *** sold the project. When called out on the issue during the three-way call between the branch manager, the sales *** and myself the Salesman lied to his boss and called my wife and I liars. I was told that the sales presentation was recorded and asked for a copy of the sales recording which the company after six separate requests has still failed to turn over. Buyer beware. Too many headaches with this company.

      Contracted for new roof. Was very satisfied until time dragged on and then they kept placing more demands on me. Then they backed out of the contract with no warning. And ***** was not able to even offer a sincere apology. He said that the contractor didn't know how he was going to get on the roof to do a repair. Apparently they aren't equipped to do roofs. I'm nearly three months of lost time and more water damage than when I started. Over promised and no performance.

      Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your project was unable to be completed as planned. While Feldco has expertise in roof replacement, we do not specialize in structural repair. After further review of your project, it was determined there was too much structural damage to just replace the roof as planned and contracted. We pride ourselves in completing projects the right way, and to replace the roof without you having the structural concerns repaired first would have compromised the safety of everyone involved and the quality of the installation.

      The Salesman was great, very knowledgeable, honest, professional and down to earth.I was a little disappointed when my first window measurement appointment didn't happen, the guy never showed up. The next appointment went smooth and my window installation appointment was set.i cant say enough great things about the gentleman that installed my windows. He was the best, he installed the windows perfectly, quickly and i was extremely happy with the installer and the windows. I will request him when i get more windows installed in the spring.

      Worse doors ever purchased. Bought 2 screen doors in 2017. Handled on both doors kept falling apart. They claim warranty for life. No they charge you to fix there faulty doors. Handles were fixed by feldco twice. No charge. Still falling apart now they want to charge me for coming out. Bad business. Advice. Do not purchase from them. False advertising
