      I can't recommend this organization.
      After making an appointment but being stood-up for two days (no-call, no show), and after complaining on this BBB site, they came out on Monday, August 1st to survey my project. The scheduler requested that I prepay the project, and I countered with I would be willing to pay one-half up front, which I thought was acceptable. The salesperson said that I should hear from her within 3-4 days (like Wednesday).
      After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks, I sent a follow-up email to which the salesperson responded a few days later that she hadn’t forgotten about us.
      After not hearing from them for a couple more weeks, I followed up again via email.
      Well, it is now September 8, 2022 and I have yet to hear from them. I suppose they don’t want my business; they don’t do business in the city of Chicago (or not in my neighborhood), or that certain people have to prepay. Whatever the reason, I’ll move on. I initially contacted them through **** *****. So, I guess **** ***** is not a good resource.

      I have a minor repair. I was told that ***** Fabians would return my call within 24 hours. This was on 7/21. The fence is repairable now but it gets worse every day. It is 7/31 and I have not received a response. I called **************** three times. Was given Scotts email and direct line. No response.
