  RUN! RUN! DO NOT USE Peerless fence. They are the worst company ever. On June 5, ********************************************* to take pictures of my issue, immediately sent me an invoice for service and I was requested to pay in advance in order to get on their schedule, so I did. Only one way communication on my part of course. Finally spoke to someone after a month and was told they didn't realize a permit was needed, but it was being worked on and it will be no cost to me. A week later I get a call from ***** he tells me I need to get the permit myself and then they will schedule me, I informed him that I wasn't paying any more money and I would like to get a refund because all of this should have been known before I was given a cost for service. He told me that he would submit the information to that ***** 20 mins later a *** called and asked why I wanted an refund I explained to him, and he stated he would send me an email to sign then I will be refunded. Today is July 14, 2025 and still haven't heard from *** by email nor a return call. Cause I have been calling. Thank God I used my credit card, I was able to report this issue to them and they are going to address issue with them for me. There is never any communication from them until they wanted more money.

  Please stay far away from Peerless fencing, and or doing any business with ********** which is how I heard about this joke of a company. I was charged $5,000 dollars for a unfinished/open fence. *****, and ***** are a joke. There customer service is horrible and it took two months to get them out here to complete the work just for it to be incomplete and not what we asked for.. I was informed of property lines that are not mine after the permit issue this is all preventable had you did your job right and measure correctly as well as look for property lines prior to building. This is a hot mess of a situation and I highly do not recommend. You will get scammed out of your hard earned money. Not only that the quality of the work is horrible for the prices they charge.

  Stress is the overall result! NO ***. NO Communication when installers DONT show! U ************* answers the Phone! OR calls back. Problems over permit, NO utilities marked. ***** the salesman was Good, installers ********************** *** ***** Needs a Raise having to cover for the Rest of the Office ppl. Oh Did I mention DOUBLE Billing?!

  Peerless fence STOLE our money. We paid for two fence posts to be fixed bc they lifted. Paid $600 bc it was required before the job started. NOONE CAME TO FOX MY FENCE POSTS. I have been in contact with ***** ******* who came to my home last yr to take pictures of the posts needing to be fixed, said someone from the ************ office would be out and nonone has shown up. I paid 2 yrs ago for this and my posts are still not fixed. This company stole our money and no one will return my calls or emails.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Peerless. From start to finish they worked with me on getting the fence installed- everything from the quote, permit pulls, and installation. It was really a seemless process. ***** was great to worok with and was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend them looking for a beautiful fence in their yard.

  Peerless is the absolute worst fence company you can use. Not only is their product inferior, and their workmanship horrible, but their office personnel are deceitful and will not work with you to correct errors they admit they made. Do not use Peerless. You can get better quality and much better service that is honest from a more local company.I made the mistake of using Peerless for two large fence projects at my home, which totaled approximately $20k.The product was inferior quality. Large sections of my fence and gate aren't straight and don't line up correctly.They subcontracted the installation of the fencing out to people who damaged my retaining wall and did incredibly sloppy work (and just left it that way).They also gave me a section of fencing that doesn't even match the rest of the fencing.They knew about all of this, and STILL suddenly charged me for the full amount of the job 8 months AFTER the horrible installation job they did.The office staff also said they would work with me on a credit, but decided that I had to prove the reason for the credit EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES HAD ALL THE PICTURES OF THE ISSUES AND ADMITTED TO THE POOR WORK AND QUALITY THEMSELVES.

  I was happy with the initial install, but now 2 years after paying 10k+ for a new vinyl fence, one of my posts is shifting causing the gate to be unable to be closed. I was told "it happens" and that it would be another $450 to repair it. Very disappointed in the customer service. This doesn't seem like something that should "just happen" with a high quality install.

  I was hopeful. The beginning process was fine with ***. The day of installation began the steady decline. They subcontracted the project to another fence company, which they never mentioned would happen. We had our septic field and utilities marked. They broke a septic pipe and stated it wasn't their responsibility since it was private utility (even though it was directly under a marked flag), cut the cable line utility (also under a marker), and killed 2'x2' areas of grass wherever they used the gas powered auger (presumably from leaking gas?). I never signed off on the project since no one has gotten back to me regarding the cable line or 15+ dead patches of grass sprinkled in my yard, and yet they charged my card for the balance of the project without my authority. I am in the trades and will certainly warn my clients against using Peerless.

  I've made a big mistake. I SHOULD have read the reviews on BBB.org for this company before deciding on them for a fence project. Their low ratings would have swayed my decision. Anyways, within 6 months a portion of my fence began to bow. They have a 1 year warranty, so without hesitation I called them as soon as I discovered the defect. 6 weeks later, no response, no resolution. It appears I am responsible for making sure this warranty is covered since no one has ever contacted me about the problem. I've been calling every week. Even an estimated time of completion would be sufficient. But I can't even get that response since no one is reaching out to me. Moral of the story: They are extremely efficient in scheduling and installing a fence for your project and taking your money, BUT don't expect any support afterwards if there is a problem. You're better off buying a lottery ticket since your chances of winning is better than getting help from this unprofessional company.CHECK THEIR RATING, GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
