**** and **** are the consummate professionals. We set up times for many meetings and inspections at various times of the day and they showed up early every single time and ready to proceed. Unlike other salesman and consultants these men are not pushy and they give you the exact information you are expecting. A true delight to work with in this world of unsavory individuals. 5 starsPartners Loss Consulting is your one stop shop for all housing repairs! For anyone who is a perfectionists out there that values professionalism, precisions and punctuality look no further! Not only did they make our home beautiful, they also found many projects that werent up to code either. I could not recommend Partners Loss Consulting more. ****, ***** and **** were all so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They worked with my insurance company following a recent hailstorm and coordinated replacement of my homes siding as well as roof repairs. Each of my texts and phone calls were responded to immediately, regardless of the day or time. I frankly did not know a construction project could go this smoothly. Our first communication was on 9/22/22 and all repairs were complete 12/13/22. They handled all communication with my insurance company, keeping me in the loop as needed along the way, and coordinated all of the repairs with the construction teams. If I ever need to file another claim in the future, they will be my first call.Partners Loss Consulting, Inc.

We had a brand new water heater installed by *************** on 10/20/22. Four days later it developed a leak at the water line connection, faulty washer. They dispatched a service technician within two hours and he was able to fix the issue quickly. However, the damage was done. Sixty percent of the basement flooring was damaged. They placed us in contact with Partners Loss Consulting within 24 hours. The next day I received a call from **** at PLC and he explained the process. He scheduled an on-site inspection with ***** so that they could assess the damage. He arrived 10 minutes early on the day of the appointment and was able to determine the work and supplies required to replace the damage flooring. PLC purchased the supplies needed to replace the damaged flooring and they scheduled a date to come in and perform the required work. I will add that they worked around my schedule and conveniently scheduled a weekend date. That was beyond helpful! They arrived an hour late, but I was informed about the delay ahead of time. ***** and his team knocked out the project in four hours. The work was completed to my satisfaction...very well done!!! They removed all of the damaged flooring and cleaned up the workplace before leaving. The basement looks great again thanks to PLC. Thanks to ****, ***** and his crew for a job well done!!! Thank you once again for all that you did! Also a big thank you to *************** for putting us in contact with PLC and making things right!!! Life happens, the world is not perfect. But they owned up to the error and addressed the problem quickly. It is very much appreciated!!!Partners Loss Consulting, Inc.

****, *****, **** and ****** were all a pleasure to work with! They were super professional through out the whole process from start to finish. It was so nice and worry free to have them handle my claim after my rental flooded. I cant even start to imagine how I would have gotten through this disaster without their expert services.
