A large tree fell on our house, causing significant damage including punctures through the roof and intrusion into our upstairs ceilings. From the moment Partners Loss Consulting (PLC) arrived to assess the situation, their efficiency and professionalism were outstanding. Within six hours of arriving, they had arranged for the tree to be safely removed from the house and had the roof properly tarped, preventing further damage. This rapid response was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. Partners Loss Consulting was invaluable in their assistance in navigating the complexities of a large insurance claim. Dealing with an insurance company for such a claim can be overwhelming, and PLC handled the entire process without us having to delve into the intricate details. Their expertise saved us a tremendous amount of stress and time. Additionally, all the contractors that Partners Loss Consulting used for the repairs were exceptionally responsive and performed high-quality work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Partners Loss Consulting as they were instrumental in ensuring a successful resolution to our property damage claim.

We knew time was critical, so getting that tree off the house and the roof tarped the same day was non-negotiable. My insurance agent gave me Partners Loss and another contractor to contact, I am glad I chose Partners Loss, the insurance company dragged on my claim for an unacceptable period of time but our persistence paid off, they worked with a few claim adjusters, and I love the look of my 67 year old house, it looks so fresh and brand new. 5 stars**** and his team did an amazing job throughout our project. They know the ins and outs of insurance and construction. This helps a lot when the insurance company wants to play games and make you work to get what youre deserved. They are concerned about building relationships and have the homeowners happy. When my mothers home had water damage, navigating the insurance process felt overwhelming. Thankfully, we found Partners Loss Consulting, and I cant imagine getting through this without them. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication truly turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable situation. From the start, **** and his team took charge of the insurance claim. The insurance company initially offered the bare minimum for restoration and repair, leaving out many items. ****, however, was incredibly thorough. He documented every detail of the damage and made sure nothing was overlooked. Thanks to his diligence and expertise, the claim was fully paid, allowing my moms home to be restored to its original condition. Without **** and his team advocating for us, I genuinely believe we wouldnt have been able to achieve this outcome. The construction crew was also amazing. They demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that exceeded all expectations. They were clean, respectful, and friendly, all while delivering first-class work. My mother absolutely loved them, and their efforts made her feel at ease during a challenging time. The crew didnt just repair her home; they treated it as if it were their own, ensuring every detail was handled with precision and care. One thing that stood out throughout the entire process was the excellent communication. The team kept us informed every step of the way, explaining things clearly and ensuring we understood what was happening. They were patient and accommodating, especially with my 80-year-old mother, whose comfort and needs they kept front and center. Their kindness and sensitivity truly set them apart. The tornado in July left our home damaged. The response from the insurance agent left me feeling hopeless. Our neighbor whose home was damaged gave us Evan's card from Partners Loss Consulting. Evan restored the hope that our home would be repaired.
We were informed at every step of the way what could be done and the progress of the work. Our day-to-day living was uninterrupted.
The concern for our home by the partners was backed up by their knowledge, skill and quality workmanship. All our questions were answered, and solutions were offered. They made us feel like partners in the project. We were promised our home restored before Thanksgiving. In spite of the weather and the size of the task, they prevailed. They did not cut corners or patch over damage.
The asbestos siding remediation and the lead abatement were handled smoothly and properly. The restoration of our home went as expected. The roofing is properly left till next spring.
Throughout the partners management I was free of fear and doubt. I could sleep at night knowing we were in honest hands.
I am most grateful for their attention to details and handling the challenge that our home presented. I look forward to working with them again as the need arises.

After the tornado of 07-14-24, our neighbor recommended, and we called Partners Loss Consulting and asked them to step in and work with our unresponsive insurance company. They went above and beyond all our expatiations and worked with us to insure we understood what was happening. The work completed was excellent, and they always followed up to insure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. Work completed included tree removal, asbestos and lead removal, electrical work with new siding, painting and porch repair. We have a "New Home" as a result of their involvement, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation. "5 STARS"

Partners loss consulting group were great to partner with when our small preschool had a pipe burst in a floor damaging two classrooms. This company is amazing! Had a water leak from upstairs condo. All the insurance companies said they dont cover.
