    Wouldn't recommend. When we rented from them we had several issues and although fixed, it wasn't in a timely manner our opinion. The water heater flooded the basement and it took well over a week for anything to happen. In the mean time we were advised to turn it off when not using the water so it wouldn't leak. Insisted on doing showing during covid even with small children in my household. Fought about them at least having people using masks while walking through. Overall just very unprofessional any time we had to speak with them.House was supposedly immaculate when we left yet they kept more of our deposit than what was already agreed upon (they keep some go keep the carpets). After all was said and done we found out the actual owner of the house didn't evem know about any of the issues.

    *******, I am unclear why you left a negative review. You were always treated well and with respect. You received your full refund less the normal carpet cleaning charge (as agreed), a $36 unpaid water bill and a $50 charge to repair and paint damage to the wall you caused by mounting a large TV bracket which left four large lag bolt holes. By anyone's standards, that's more than fair. We accommodated your mask request. We gave you at least 24 hours notice of showings. The water heater was a very slow leak that was replaced as soon as we were aware of it. Lastly, the owner was not aware of what exactly? We are hired to manage the property and isolate the owner from having to deal with tenants, this is why we exist.
