Better Business Bureau **************** **************************************** Re: ****** ****** ****** We have received ****************** review of our organization. We have subsequently conducted an investigation into the referenced matter and have provided the following findings in response to the aforementioned review. First and foremost, we would like to point out that despite a vigorous review of our marketing database, we were unable to locate any consumer marketing record based on the information provided within Ms. ****** correspondence. It is important to note that there are countless companies that utilize mail advertisement to market services similar to those marketed by our organization. Additionally, we would note that all of our marketing pieces undergo a rigorous review process by our compliance team as well as outside legal counsel to ensure conformity with all applicable regulations. Likewise, all of our records undergo a scrubbing process in an effort to remove inaccurate records as well as restrict the marketing to consumers who wish to opt out from said advertisements. Despite our best efforts to filter out these records, it is not always a perfect science. Additionally, we feel it is worthwhile noting that our organization does not possess the kind of sensitive consumer information that would enable us to determine specific consumer demographics such as age, gender or medical conditions. In an effort to resolve this situation, we have added Ms. ****** to our internal Do Not Contact based on the information available to us within her review correspondence. If Ms. ****** is able to provide additional information regarding the advertisement in question, we would be happy to make every effort to avoid any future marketing on behalf of our organization. In light of the foregoing, we would respectfully request that your office consider this matter to be closed and resolved. Sincerely,***** ******* Customer ********************** Manager **********************

Simply wish these clowns would stop calling and sending mail.I've asked to be removed from their lists, but that request falls on deaf ears. They are a waste of my time, and I would never purchase anything from a company that cold calls me.

Scamming residents at an assisted living - what a joke of a company. You would think this is run by *****!I was able to speak with the young lady over the phone, I went along with it until I realized they are going after American Citizens that are extremely vulnerable. I hope this company fails and is bankrupted before they are able to destroy another person's life. I hope the owner can't sleep at night and I hope all of the employees get put in jail for misleading our most vulnerable population. I work at an assisted living and this letter was brought to me to be checked for a scam. Received a ************************ letter with no return address from ***********************, Program Coordinator. The letter contained threatening and predatory language concerning my factory warranty for my vehicle. The predatory language was using the words "at risk" and "the warranty has expired or about to expire." I called the number and after talking with ********, she asked me for my VIN! They did not have the **** so how could they know the status of my warranty? This was a false claim in order to threaten with the word "risk."? I immediately asked to speak to the Program Coordinator, *********************** and I was informed that he doesn't take calls. The fine print (very fine) states "Service Protection Direct, *****************************************." Florida License # *******. ******** stated that she was there to write a warranty. Nothing else. This is the 4TH threatening letter, I have received from this company and not one of my requests to be removed from any and all communication or scams have worked. We can only hope that the BBB can help the elderly folks by stopping these scammers from preying on them with fear tactics.

Scammed customer here. They've successfully stolen 1 starting payment of $395 and 3 payments of $166.55 so far. I'm currently trying to cancel from their program, but they have yet to set me free. Their official looking letter deceived me with words like 'home warranty for your home is expiring'. I thought they were my home warranty when I signed up for them, not realizing they were a different one. I called trying to cancel, but I was hushed like a dog and transferred around. The employee's tone is demeaning and predatory, talking over you when they don't like what you are saying. I would like a refund and cancellation if possible. I fell for the scam. Is there some way for me to get my money back, or am I out of luck?

Our records indicated that **************** contacted our office on February 28, 2024, requesting the cancellation of her contract. **************** was provided with instructions on how to submit a formal request for cancellation and refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract language. **************** indicated that a monthly payment was recently deducted from her account, and she wished to have it reversed. They sent a letter to my senior mother using scare tactics. Telling her she need to pay. When I got home and asked her what is this $195.00 for 3 years meant? So we called back to cancel and this lady argued with us over and over. I'm like we just want to cancel. I already told her we went to the bank to stop the payment. It makes me sick that they target older people. I told her I seen these complaints on the bbb and she was like "oh no we have a good rating and we have been in business for 20 years". Yeah maybe scamming people.
